During the summer months, the Baldwin family moves to a larger home in the East Hamptons, which features a pool and is conveniently close to the beach. After discussing travel plans, including which child will ride in which vehicle, the couple talks about each of their children’s unique names and personalities.

Alec kicks off a game with his wife, asking her to describe each child in one word. For their eldest, Carmen, he chooses “sophisticated,” to which Hilaria adds, "She started talking at five and a half months. She never stopped!"

When the conversation shifts to their 3-year-old daughter Maria, affectionately called Lulu, Hilaria jokes in Spanish, saying she's “like a Viking".

Alec, on the other hand, describes her as “radiant", likening her to a flower. Hilaria humorously interjects, “You know, the flower that eats things?”

Alec, less amused, quickly retorts, “A Venus flytrap? She’s not a Venus flytrap! What a horrible thing for you to say.” He adds, “I’m going to tell her that when she’s older.”

The couple agrees that their youngest, Illaria—also known as “the baby”—could be better described as a “monster", a nickname stemming from an earlier incident when Hilaria was bitten and scratched by her.

Alec jokes, “People tend to give the last baby a certain kind of indulgence. Whatever she does we're like 'Oh, you're so amazing! ' But she's really starting to push it don't you think?”

Episodes of 'The Baldwins' were filmed before Alec's involuntary manslaughter trial following the tragic death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of 'Rust' four years ago. The case has since been dismissed.

In an interview with People, Hilaria Baldwin shared that her husband, Alec, often brings up the idea of having more children.

The couple, who have been married for 12 years, already share seven children: Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, Eduardo, Maria, and Ilaria. Alec also has an older daughter, Ireland Baldwin, 29, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.

Hilaria revealed, "He's always asking me for more kids," to which Alec jokingly responded, "Don’t judge me. I don’t really want one."

He continued, "Every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at [Hilaria] and I go, 'Time to have another.'"

However, Hilaria explained that her body is "really tired" from having children. Alec lightened the mood by joking, "You know where I should be right now, don’t you? We should be on Geffen’s yacht, drinking a cappuccino and reading a book, and having dinner with Spielberg or whatever."

Hilaria laughed, replying, "Instead, we’re changing diapers!" Alec then stood firm, saying, "This is my reality. I wouldn’t change anything."
