In 2023, Ireland made Baldwin a grandfather for the first time.
In an interview with People on February 14, Hilaria shared that Alec frequently brings up having more children.
"He's always asking me for more kids," Hilaria said, with Baldwin responding, "Don't judge me," before adding, "I don’t really want one."
However, he later admitted, "Every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at [Hilaria] and I go, 'Time to have another.'"
Hilaria Baldwin says her body is 'really tired' of having more children
Hilaria Baldwin acknowledged how adorable their children are but pointed out, "My body's really tired" to have more children.
The '30 Rock' actor also reflected on how their lives could be different without young children to care for.
"I always joke with her and say, ‘You know where I should be right now, don’t you? We should be on Geffen’s yacht, drinking a cappuccino and reading a book, and having dinner with Spielberg or whatever,’” Baldwin said.
Hilaria interjected, "Instead we’re changing diapers!"
Despite their busy lives, Baldwin is content with their reality. "This is my reality," he said, adding, "I wouldn’t change anything."
Hilaria Baldwin opens up on 'authentic' TLC reality series
Fans will soon get a closer look at the Baldwin family's life in the upcoming TLC reality series 'The Baldwins' premiering on Sunday, February 23.
"Telling your story is one thing, and showing your story is something else," Hilaria said. "It felt authentic, it felt human. It felt very empowering," she added.
The series will follow the Baldwins and their six pets as they navigate daily life.
It will also explore the aftermath of the 2021 accidental shooting on the 'Rust' movie set, in which Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins tragically lost her life.
Baldwin faced possible prison time but had his case dismissed in July 2023 after his lawyers argued that evidence had been withheld.
