LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The internet labeled Kim Kardashian as "shallow" following her cringing reaction to a viral TikTok aging filter that aged her wrinkle-free face.
In the video posted on the social media platform on Tuesday by her makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, the 43-year-old Skims founder was seen smiling as her friend captured her entire face on camera.
Subsequently, the filter started to simulate the aging of Kardashian's face over 50 years, starting from 2023.
Kim's experimentation with filters came in the wake of Jennifer Love Hewitt's recent backlash against trolls.
Hewitt, who was criticized for being "unrecognizable" after sharing photos of her hair transformation in August, stated, "Aging in Hollywood is really hard. You can't do anything right."

Tejada, a long-time collaborator with Kim and her family, pointed out in the outtake that the mother of four "had no clue [the filter] was gonna start aging her."

Reacting to her transformed appearance, she covered her face with her hand, which was adorned with a black and nude ombre, pointy manicure, in a gesture of shock, per Daily Mail.
On the other side, Dame Helen Mirren, the 78-year-old actress, embraces aging without any limits. In an interview with Britain's Hello! magazine, she shared, "I say celebrate it, don't fight it. You die young, or you get old, and I don't want to die young."
