Allison Holker gets engaged to Adam Edmunds years after Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ death
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Allison Holker is stepping into a new chapter in her life. The dancer and television personality announced on Thursday that she is engaged to tech CEO Adam Edmunds after nearly two years of dating.
Holker, 38, shared the news on Instagram, posting a carousel of romantic photos from the proposal, showing the couple celebrating the special moment together.
This milestone comes more than two years after the death of her husband, Stephen tWitch Boss, who passed away by suicide in December 2022. Holker has continued to honor his memory while embracing this new chapter.
Allison Holker calls proposal the most romantic night of her life
Holker expressed her emotions openly when sharing the news. “We’re ENGAGED! It was the most romantic night of my life!” she wrote in the Instagram caption. “I am so in love with you Adam.”
She reflected on the positive impact Edmunds has had on her and her children: “Baby, I am forever grateful for you and the impact you have had in my life and my kids’ lives. I am a better person because of you. You helped me find me again and showed me how to love.”
Holker also emphasized the sense of peace Edmunds has brought to her life. “Every morning I wake up I feel safe knowing you are my person at my side. You and your kids coming into our lives has been the biggest blessing.”
Photos from the proposal showed Holker in a red satin dress and Edmunds in a white button-up shirt with a black sport coat and pants. One striking image captured Edmunds on one knee surrounded by red roses.
Surprise birthday party turns into emotional proposal
Holker shared that what she thought would be a “surprise birthday party” became a “surprise proposal party,” complete with a performance by Clinton Kane of the couple’s song, “I Guess I’m in Love.”
In her heartfelt message, Holker promised unwavering support for Edmunds. “Adam, I will always support you, hold you, and love you. You are my everything,” she wrote.
According to PEOPLE, Holker and Edmunds began dating roughly a year and a half after Boss’ passing. The couple went public at a New York Fashion Week show in September 2024 after a subtle Instagram soft launch.
Holker previously faced backlash over memoir about Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss
Holker faced criticism after releasing her memoir about Boss, which some family members and friends called a “smear campaign.” She explained her intention was to raise awareness and possibly help others recognize red flags in loved ones’ lives.
Remembering Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss while moving forward
Despite entering a new chapter, Holker continues to honor Boss’ memory. She marked the three-year anniversary of his death in December 2025 with an emotional Instagram tribute and thanked fans for their continued support during her family’s grieving process.
