Amal Clooney and Ines de Ramon have become 'best friends' ever since 'the guys introduced them'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Brad Pitt's new live-in girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, and George Clooney's lawyer wife, Amal Clooney, are unusually calling the shots in the Hollywood foursome as the two women have become "best friends."
Brad recently made a red carpet entrance at the 81st annual Venice International Film Festival with his girlfriend, Ines, along with his close friend George and his glamorous wife Amal Clooney.
Amal Clooney and Ines de Ramon have become 'best friends,' claims source
Speaking to In Touch Weekly, a source revealed, "Amal and Ines are strong, accomplished ladies who are giving the boys a run for their money." The insider claimed that the two women are more sophisticated and well-educated than the typical Tinseltown accomplice.
Amal, 46, is an international lawyer with an Oxford education, and Ines, 31, was born and raised in France, attended the University of Geneva, and went on to become a jewelry designer and successful entrepreneur.
The fact that they both speak multiple languages and frequently engage in side conversations in French annoys Brad, 60, and George, 63, according to the source.
The source said, "It’s often difficult for Amal to meet someone she can relate to, and she immediately found Inés easy to like."
"From the first moment Ines and Amal met, they got along well. They are both truly knowledgeable when it comes to current affairs, sports and politics," they added.
The source further noted, "Ever since the guys introduced them, they have been best friends, calling each other regularly, texting and planning for the next time the foursome can get together."
The Clooneys have even extended an invitation to Brad and Ines to join them for Thanksgiving since Amal wants to show their seven-year-old twins her new friend.
"After spending time with Alex and Ella, who are great kids, it’s possible Brad and Inés might be ready to start a family of their own!" the insider remarked.
They added, "When the four of them are together, anything Brad and George want to talk about, the girls can keep right up." However, another insider refuted that Amal and Ines control the show.
Brad Pitt desires to follow in pal George Clooney's relationship footsteps
Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon, who went public with their romance in 2022, appeared all smiles and were smitten by each other at the Venice International Film Festival.
Fans also witnessed Brad's close friend and 'Wolfs' co-star George and his glitzy wife, Amal, coming to the picturesque city where they got married precisely a decade ago, together with the couple in Venice.
It has been noted that Brad appeared to be preferring to date a woman outside of the entertainment industry, following in the footsteps of his pal George.
"It may be that Brad tends to go for women also in the public eye, which hasn’t worked out the best, so now he might want to get to know someone away from that world," relationship and dating coach Jacob Lucas told HELLO! Magazine.
Jacob added, "I expect Brad will reach out to George. George will know how to navigate this dynamic and what could come up."
"The big stumbling block may be Inés not being used to the attention that comes with fame. She will either thrive through it or struggle," the relationship coach said.
"Both Brad and Inés will have a lot of eyes on them – she will no longer have the same level of privacy."
Brad and Ines have maintained a low profile until their public appearance at the Venice International Film Festival; they were first seen together in November 2022 at a Bono concert in Los Angeles.
Amal, though, could reassure them. "Like George, Amal could be a really good friend to Inés as she navigates this new relationship with Brad," Jacob added.
"I’m sure the four of them will get to know each other more as a group and Inés will see Amal as a close friend to go to for advice," he said.
George was blown away by his wife, Amal, a human rights attorney whom he met through a mutual friend in July 2013. Considered a lifelong bachelor, George famously declared that he would never get married or have kids.
Sharing details of his life before marriage, George said, "I didn’t know how un-full it was until I met Amal. And then everything changed. And I was like: 'Oh, actually, this has been a huge empty space.'"
