LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid the Los Angeles wildfires, Angelina Jolie has reportedly decided to make her six children self-sufficient and prepare them for any future crises.

Angelina Jolie wants her children to ‘learn how to survive in the wild’
Speaking about Angelina Jolie, an insider shared, “She's also always been interested in the martial arts and defending herself. She has trained in martial arts for action roles in movies like 'Tomb Raider' and wants her kids to become experts as well.”
“The wildfires were a wakeup call that cash won't protect her family in an 'end of days' scenario. She also wants them to learn how to survive in the wild for a few days because you just never know when these skills might come in handy,” the source added.

This comes as Angelina Jolie and her son Knox, 16, were recently spotted buying essentials near their Los Feliz home.
Regarding donations toward relief foundations, the ‘Maleficent’ actress said that she’ll do it but she’s busy “taking care of the people close to me and having them at my house.”
Apart from Knox, Jolie also shares 23-year-old Maddox, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, 18-year-old Shiloh, and Vivienne, 16, with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.
She and the 'Fight Club' actor were married from 2014 to 2019.
Meanwhile, the 49-year-old humanitarian is planning to start a new life in Paris after finalizing her last legal battle with Pitt, which is over their French winery.
She is also thinking about making a bolthole in Cambodia, which holds a special place in her heart.
Angelina Jolie claimed Cambodia ‘changed’ her
Her adopted son Maddox is also from the Asian country.
The ‘Lara Croft: Tomb Raider’ star once reportedly said, “It’s strange, I never wanted to have a baby. I never wanted to be pregnant. I never babysat. I never thought of myself as a mother. It was suddenly very clear to me that my son was in the country, somewhere.”
Jolie continued, “When I first came to Cambodia, it changed me. It changed my perspective,” before adding, “I realized there was so much about history that I had not been taught in school, and so much about life that I needed to understand, and I was very humbled by it.”
