The 42-year-old actress appeared virtually wrinkle-free while walking the midnight blue carpet, reigniting long-standing rumors of cosmetic enhancements, as per the Daily Mail.

Her outfit featured a crisp white shirt (a befitting nod to Herrera), a studded, striped column skirt, and a statement Bulgari necklace adorned with a massive sugarloaf sapphire. 

Hathaway shared how Talley deeply influenced her look in a red carpet interview with Vogue, saying, "We wanted something tailored, something glamorous, something grand... but really our approach tonight was we wanted to make Andre Leon Talley scream in heaven. We wanted him to scream, 'Gamour.'"

Others speculated about more than just good genetics or skincare, with one writing, “Whoa she really got some obvious work done on her upper face. Maybe brow lift. She’s trying to distract/cover up with pulled back hair.”

“Weird how the upper half of her forehead doesn’t move, but the lower half does,” another comment read, whereas someone else declared, “Her plastic surgeon is top tier,” and an individual echoed, “She’s so gorgeous like I wanna know her secret doctor.”
