NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former president Donald Trump's youngest son, Barron Trump, was spotted arriving at New York University on Wednesday, September 4, kicking off his college experience.

The 18-year-old, towering in height, arrived at NYU's downtown Manhattan campus with Secret Service agents by his side, casually carrying a black Swiss Gear backpack over his shoulder.

Dressed in a white Ralph Lauren polo, black trousers, and Adidas Gazelle sneakers, Barron made a stop at the dean's office before heading to his first classes, as per The New York Post.

It’s unclear if NYU will introduce additional security measures for students this year in light of Barron Trump's Secret Service detail, especially given the annual tuition starts at around $62,700.

Sources indicate that the former first son is expected to live off-campus and commute daily from Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in Midtown.

The teenager will attend NYU's Stern School of Business, as reported by Daily Mail.

“It’s a very high quality place. He liked it. He liked the school,” Trump told the outlet. “I went to Wharton, and that was certainly one that we were considering. We didn’t do that. We went for Stern.”

Donald Trump revealed Barron Trump will enroll in NYU

Barron Trump's appearance on the first day of classes comes after a period of secrecy regarding his choice of school.

Last month, his father exclusively disclosed to The Post that his 6-foot-7 son would be enrolling in a New York university this fall, though he did not disclose the name. The 45th president also mentioned that the teenager, his only child with his wife Melania, had received acceptances from several schools.

“He’s always been a very good student, he’s smart,” Trump said at the time.

The former commander-in-chief noted that his son has developed an interest in politics and sometimes offers him advice. Barron graduated from the prestigious Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida, this past May.
