LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck hurried to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's house, only a few hours after being forced to evacuate his $20 million Pacific Palisades bachelor pad due to the horrific California wildfires.

Sources revealed to the Daily Mail that the 'Gone Girl' actor, 52, rushed to his wife Garner's nearby house on Tuesday, January 7, to pick up his three children, who are now all safe.

The deadly Pacific Palisades fire forced Ben Affleck and other celebrities to evacuate their Los Angeles property. According to TMZ, the 'Argo' director had to flee from his $20 million property and proceed to Garner's adjacent residence.

According to Architectural Digest, Garner has been living in a $53,271-per-month property a few streets from her ex-husband while her $8 million Brentwood farmhouse underwent repairs.

It's unclear whether Affleck visited Garner's house to see how their family was doing or because he had to stay there, as per TMZ.

Wearing a blue suit jacket and white collared shirt, Affleck appeared anxious as he glanced into a cloud of smoke and hurried to meet Garner, 52, and their children, Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12.

Affleck has been residing in his Palisades bachelor pad since vacating the $68 million house he shared with his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez following their divorce. He is one of the many celebrities residing in the upscale LA neighborhood devastated by the fires.

Three blazing infernos have forced dozens of celebrities to evacuate their opulent mega-mansions in coastal Los Angeles, threatening to completely destroy the metropolis.

A huge wildfire tore through the City of Angels, destroying scores of homes and burning over 5,000 acres, forcing more than 30,000 residents to flee their homes, per Daily Mail.

Moreover, the premiere of Lopez's film 'Unstoppable' was put off on Tuesday due to the horrifying wildfires.

Ben Affleck purchased $20.5M Pacific Palisades property only 5 months before wildfires

Deadly flames continued to rage over Los Angeles, forcing Ben Affleck to leave his brand-new, $20.5 million property in Pacific Palisades, California, which he purchased only five months ago.

According to Page Pix, the opulent residence that the Oscar winner purchased on July 24, 2024, is located in the evacuation zone.

After splitting from his now-ex-wife Lopez, Affleck bought the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house, which is a downgrade from their $60 million Beverly Hills marital residence that is currently for sale.

The beautiful property includes a guesthouse, horse stables, and a pool, while the bachelor pad features stunning vaulted ceilings, separate breakfast and eating areas, and a media room.

After splitting from Lopez, Affleck was spotted renting a house in Brentwood, which is close to his current residence and puts him in the same area as his ex-wife Garner and their children.

The 'Good Will Hunting' star was reportedly more than content to leave the mansion after he and Lopez parted ways. An insider previously revealed, "Ben never liked the house. It’s too far away from his kids."

Affleck's westside neighborhood of Pacific Palisades is residence to an array of stars, including Miles Teller, Tom Hanks, Adam Sandler, Reese Witherspoon, and Jhene Aiko, among others.

As gusts of up to 100 miles per hour fueled the fire, locals, including celebrities like Eugene Levy and James Woods, were ordered to evacuate.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who live in Montecito, could face power shortages or evacuation orders, while Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag's residence burned down in the wildfire after they safely left.

California Governor Gavin Newsom met with first responders fighting the fires after he proclaimed a state of emergency.

Firefighters in the area have reported that the water supply is running low; one indicated that fire hydrants were "down," while another stated that the flow "just dropped."
