'Beverly Hills, 90210' star Tori Spelling reveals Luke Perry confided in her about his romance with Madonna
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tori Spelling dubbed her late 'Beverly Hills, 90210' co-star Luke Perry "the coolest" as she revealed that he was romantically involved with Madonna.
Speaking with her '90210MG' podcast co-host, Jennie Garth, the 50-year-old actress said, "I will never forget him pulling me into his dressing room and telling me. I felt so confided in. 'Oh, my God, he’s telling me about Madonna'," as per Page Six.

Luke Perry asked Tori Spelling to hear Madonna's message for him
Spelling further disclosed that Perry requested her to listen to one of Madonna’s messages.
She recalled, "Remember how we used to have answering machines, you guys? He played me a message from her. I was like, 'You’re the coolest person in the whole world. One, cause you’re Luke Perry, and two because Madonna wants you'."
When Garth asked the 'The Mistle-Tones' star if she knew about Perry dating the "Queen of Pop", she cheekily replied, "Jen, we kept these things from you because [that’s something] you would want to hear."
Luke Perry and Madonna reportedly dated in the early 1990s
Perry and Madonna were linked after the 65-year-old singer kissed the former at an event for the American Foundation for AIDS Research at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in late 1991, as per Vanity Fair.
The actor was then a breakout star playing Dylan McKay in the FOX teen drama, 'Beverly Hills, 90210'. He ended up being in eight of the show's 10 seasons.
But they reportedly did not last long, and in 1993, the 'Riverdale' star got married to Rachel Sharp. The two went on to have a son, Jack, and a daughter, Sophie.
However, the couple divorced in 2003, and Perry died in March 2019 after suffering a massive ischemic stroke.
On the other hand, Madonna started a relationship with her fitness instructor, Carlos Leon, and later exchanged vows with Guy Richie in December 2000.
