LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, provided an emotional update regarding her father's ongoing battle with aphasia and dementia.

The 30-year-old actress, the youngest of three sisters, Rumer and Scout Willis, spoke candidly about her 69-year-old father's condition during her appearance on TODAY on Wednesday, September 18.

Bruce Willis' family has received tremendous support since they revealed his diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia in February 2023, which came shortly after his retirement from acting due to aphasia.

When inquired about her fathers condition, Tallulah replied, "He's doing stable, which in this situation is good," her voice wavering slightly as she contemplated her affectionate father.

"It's hard," she added. "There's painful days. But there's so much love! And it's really shown me to not take any moment for granted. And I really do think that we would be best friends. I think he's very proud of me."

She also remembered the advice her mother, Demi Moore, had given her about staying "present" in his company rather than dwelling on the negatives.

The recent update comes just week after the 'Unbreakable' star was seen taking a drive with his bodyguard on Sunday, September 9, afternoon in Studio City, California, according to the Daily Mail. The report stated he was seated in a passenger seat.

Tallulah Willis details her autism diagnosis and being 'very sensitive to the world'

Tallulah Willis also spoke about navigating autism after being diagnosed with it last year at the age of 29.

She shared her personal journey, revealing she was "misdiagnosed for many years" before finally receiving the correct diagnosis last year, which was "very emotional" but also brought "relief."

Tallulah shared her experience as a "high functioning autistic," saying it's "very new for me." She's still learning the terms and regulating, sharing her struggles are more sensory as she is "very sensitive to the world."

"...I really hated myself and I thought I was broken," she said. She had to learn the elements she thought "were maladies or wrong or just too much for this world, are actually okay and they just require a little bit more…tools."

"And it gave me more grace for myself as well as my family, and other people hopefully who learn about this. Just to be a little more gentle and compassionate with themselves," she added.

Tallulah Willis received support and praise on social media following her interview speaking about her personal journey and her father Bruce Willis' health.

"It's great to hear that he's stable. It must be a challenging time for the family, but love can really make a difference. Wishing them all strength!" wrote one on X.

Another praised Tallulah's strength and speech, "Wow, Tallulah! What a strong, beautiful, well-spoken, and delightful young woman."

"Thank you for being so brave Ms. Willis!!!" wrote one on Instagram, as another added, "Sounds like shes been through alot emotionally."

"So much love for Bruce Willis. Such a blessing this family can love and be with him," wrote one more.
