According to the court order, Mueller who has battled addiction "shall test for drugs and alcohol (1) as often as required by her probation officer, (2) within 24 hours of a written request (email or text) from Charlie or his attorney, and (3) at a minimum of once per week regardless."
The filing stated that Mueller’s "custody/visitation will be terminated immediately following any positive test," and any "missed test will be considered a positive test."
Additionally, the 46-year-old individual will need to provide the 'Two and a Half Men' actor's attorney with the "names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all her usual and past sources for controlled substances."
Why did Charlie Sheen request child custody modifications?

In November 2022 and August 2023, the estranged couple agreed to child custody stipulations in formal documents.
However, Sheen was permitted to file an ex parte motion which means the order can be granted without Mueller's response.
Sheen who recently celebrated six years of sobriety has not specified in the filings on Thursday why he has requested the modifications.
A month after Mueller "relapsed and engaged in abusing alcohol and controlled substances," she and Sheen who tied the knot in 2008 signed the second child custody modification in August 2023.
The 'Angry Management' star who filed for divorce from Mueller in 2010 has not publicly addressed the submission of the documents.
He enforced the stipulations a month after he stated on December 11, 2023, that he considers himself a "single dad."
"I’ve mostly been raising my 14-year-old boys," he told People.
"Their mom has been trying to figure some stuff out on her end, so she’s not in the picture too much right now," Sheen added of their parenting situation.
Page Six previously reported that Mueller was prioritizing a 12-step program to address her addiction issues.
"She really likes it. It seems to be working for her," a source told the outlet at the time.
