LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fans of Christina Aguilera were in for a shock after the singer shared pictures from her latest photoshoot on Instagram.

Social media users could not recognize Aguilera, rumored to have taken Ozempic to shed some pounds, after her drastic weight loss, as reported by the Daily Mail.

The photos for CARCY Magazine showed her in a variety of poses, including one where she sat cross legged in a chair wearing a gold mini-dress. However, in all the pictures, the 44-year-old was seen flaunting her blonde hair.

There were many who seemed obsessed with Aguilera’s looks, with fans sending comments like, “This is so hot we need this energy for the next album cover,” “This is HOT! Make it into a music video PLEASE I beg”, “Daymn Christina 😍❤️‍🔥🙌”, “You look 🔥🔥🔥,” and “U ate that shoot.”

But not everyone was pleased as one critic sarcastically said, “Ozempic queen.”

Another critic wrote, “Have you seen this, @ejaybund?! Didn't recognize her.”

“AI / reshape tool works wonderfully!” the third one commented.

A person asked, “Why does she have a different face every time we see her?”

The second one added, “Ozempic not only made her lose weight but changed her face too.”

“I thought that was Nicola Peltz for a second,” a comment read.

An X user tweeted, “Who am I looking at? Doesn’t even look like her anymore.”

Christina Aguilera does not pay heed to people’s opinion

This came after the ‘Burlesque’ actress spoke about the struggles of maintaining her body according to societal standards.

She told Glamour last year, “When you’re a teenager, you have a very different body than when you’re in your 20s. I started to fill out, and then that was unacceptable because it was like, ‘Oh, she’s getting thicker.’ Then I had industry people: ‘They liked your body and how you were as a skinny teenager.’”

However, with time she’s begun to accept her body and its changes.

“I have a maturity now where I just don’t give a f**k about your opinion. I’m not going to take it on. It must be your responsibility to take up your space. Other people’s opinions of me are not my business,” Aguilera added.

Besides, on New Year, the mother-of-two hit back at her critics via a lengthy Instagram post.

Without directly addressing Ozempic rumors, she noted, “This year, doing something a little different. This is a reminder to everyone that you are your OWN STORYTELLER in your OWN LIFE. No one else can dictate who you are. No one deserves an explanation.”

“I am evolved enough to know that nothing comes easy and no one is perfect. Everyone will judge you. No matter WHAT you do. And/ or what you don’t do. Acceptance comes with accepting yourself first. And the difficult journey it takes sometimes to get there,” she asserted.
