NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Co-host Brian Kilmeade was joined by retired Army Lt Colonel and Vice President of the Texas Public Policy Foundation, Check DeVore to discuss the policy of Joe Biden's administration to fly immigrants into the United States on Tuesday, April 2 episode of 'Fox & Friends.'

Broaching the subject, Kilmeade shared that 325,995 illegal immigrants have already been flown into the country under the program, according to the Center for Immigration Studies. Most of them are taken to Texas and Florida after they apply for assistance through an app from a foreign country, he added.

Chuck DeVore blames 'lawless Democrats'

"The bottom line is, what the lawless democrats under Biden are doing (is) they are trying to hide the ball," claimed DeVore. "They are trying to prevent any sort of visual image from these masses of individuals backing up at the border. That's what they don't want at all cost," he added.

"So ... they're using the CBP One app ... fill it out (and) they can fly directly into America. They're still illegal aliens when they do that but what they get is ... significant reduction of crowds at the border, because that's what they want to avoid," he continued.

"They don't want those visuals because Americans strongly disapprove of the Biden border crisis," DeVore claims.

Chuck DeVore says Joe Biden overturned 31-year-old policy on migrants

DeVore brought up migrants charging at the El Paso border wall back on March 21, telling Kilmeade, "You didn't see any border patrol agents, that's because they are so busy processing the illegal aliens that are violating our laws that the only people who are on the border (are) Texas National Guard, and Texas Department of Public Safety troopers."

"This is a new policy that reverses something that was put in place 31 years ago, it's called 'Hold the line,' where we would directly turn back into Mexico people who were crossing between the ports of entry. Biden overturned the program, and that's why you're seeing the riot ... and the increasing chaos at the border," he added.

Kilmeade noted that the Biden administration blamed the Republicans for the crisis as well, for walking away from the Border Security Bill.
