LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez has been "checking in" with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, and his children, Samuel, 12, Fin, 16, and Violet, 19, during the Pacific Palisades catastrophic wildfires.

Sources revealed to Page Six that the 'On The Floor' singer is "worried and concerned" for her former husband given that Affleck abandoned his $20.5 million Pacific Palisades house amid the continuing Los Angeles wildfires.

Jennifer Lopez has been 'checking in' with her ex Ben Affleck amid the Palisades wildfire

Despite the recent settlement of their divorce, Jennifer Lopez has reached out to her former husband amid the Pacific Palisades flames.

Lopez, 55, reportedly became "worried and concerned" upon learning that Affleck and his family were among the 130,000 individuals under evacuation orders that stretched from Pasadena's inland area to the Pacific Coast.

The 'Hustlers' actress has been particularly concerned about her ex's wellbeing ever since "she heard he was evacuated" from his bachelor house, which he purchased after their split.

Affleck was spotted rushing to his ex-Jennifer Garner's home after being ordered to vacate his property, per OK! Magazine.

Following that, Lopez has reportedly been "checking in on Ben," making sure to "let him know she’s there for him and the kids."

The insider said, "She offered her support for whatever they need," and also offered "assistance in any way she can."

The insider further stated that Lopez "reached out as soon as she heard about Ben’s home possibly being in danger and that he was evacuated."

The enormous wildfires tearing through Los Angeles have thankfully spared Affleck's property. Unfortunately, many other celebrities are not in the same boat.

While Affleck, 52, was fortunate that his house survived the loss of so many other Pacific Palisades homeowners and Westside celebrities, he is still in danger.

The blustery winds that swept across Los Angeles on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning seem to have subsided somewhat, but they might still start new fires, per Daily Mail.

Significant evacuations were required in neighboring Pasadena on Tuesday night, January 7, due to the emergence of fresh fires farther east in Altadena since the Pacific Palisades fire.

Hollywood's densely populated areas are under danger after more fires started in the hills on Wednesday, January 8.

Ben Affleck returns to his Palisades estate after finding out it was still intact

After splitting from Jennifer Lopez, the 'Armageddon' actor only recently moved to Pacific Palisades, having spent $20.5 million on a house there.

With 6,247 square feet, five bedrooms, and six bathrooms, it's not even close to the lavish hideaway that he and Lopez had shared in Beverly Hills.

Page Six previously reported that an anxious Affleck headed to Garner's house on Tuesday night as the California wildfires threatened the house he purchased five months earlier.

However, the 'Air' actor returned to his bachelor pad after seeing that his estate was still intact amid the devastating wildfires.

"Ben’s home is still under evacuation order, but he feels so grateful his property is safe for the time being," a different source told the outlet.

The source further added, "Ben knows many people who unfortunately lost their homes. He has seen a lot of devastation, and it’s beyond tragic. … Ben is reaching out to anybody he can to help."

Other celebrities, including Miles Teller, Jamie Lee Curtis, Paris Hilton, Adam Brody, and Mel Gibson, were less fortunate and lost their entire mansions.

Jennifer Garner is also contributing to Los Angeles relief efforts by volunteering to feed firefighters and first responders while also making sure her loved ones are safe, including temporarily housing her ex-husband.

A wildfire on Tuesday night swiftly grew out of control and started to travel quickly over the Palisades and other parts of Los Angeles, destroying everything in its path.

At least 10 people have died and nearly 300,000 Californians have been evacuated by the fires, which have been dubbed the most catastrophic in the state's history.

As Lopez keeps offering her assistance, the concern and solidarity shown highlight how a person's personal relationships can be a source of strength during a natural disaster.
