On August 28, Rich, 50, took to social media to express his concerns after watching footage of the 81-year-old president enjoying some downtime near Rehoboth Beach in Delaware.

In the clip, Biden is seen lounging on the beach, waving at passersby alongside his wife, Jill Biden, and her two sisters.

The scene appeared peaceful and relaxed, but Rich was concerned by what he didn't see: the president's Secret Service detail.

"Why is there no secret service around the President of the United States of America? Is he the POTUS or not? Is the Commander In Chief of the most powerful military in history just sitting on a beach waving at passerby's? With no security? C'mon man... something ain't right," Rich questioned in his post.

Rich's concerns appeared to arise from the fact that the photos and videos shared with the media did not show any visible security personnel.
