The 55-year-old singer and founder of the iconic band, Foo Fighters, is now working to regain the trust of his wife, Jordyn Blum, and their children.

In his statement, which he shared on Instagram, Dave Grohl expressed his commitment to being a supportive parent while also seeking forgiveness from his wife.

"I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage," Grohl wrote in his post.

"I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness," he added.

Grohl, who turned off comments on the post, concluded by asking for privacy as his family navigates this challenging period.

"We're grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together," he shared.

How does Dave Grohl's family life look now?

Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum, share three children. Their first daughter, Violet Maye, was born in 2006.

The couple welcomed their second child, Harper Willow, three years later, naming her after Grohl's great uncle, Harper Bonebrake.
