WASHINGTON, DC: MAGA supporters are demanding that President Donald Trump deport a pro-Democrat influencer, despite his status as an American citizen, after the content creator praised former President Joe Biden for securing hostage releases in the Middle East.

The controversy erupted days after Trump announced that Israel and Hamas had agreed to the first phase of his 20-point Gaza peace plan, which he called a major step toward ending two years of war.

Harry Sisson posts video criticizing Donald Trump’s peace strategy

Harry Sisson, a 23-year-old TikTok personality, posted a video criticizing Donald Trump’s Middle East peace strategy, specifically Trump’s role in brokering a deal between Israel and Hamas.

On Tuesday, Sisson posted on X (formerly Twitter), claiming, “Biden got more hostages released than Trump,” which triggered an immediate wave of criticism.

Shortly afterward, he amplified another creator’s post that questioned why Trump’s deal failed to secure the release of any female hostages. Sisson added, “Joe Biden got them released. That's why. You can thank him now like you thanked Trump.”

Sisson, a registered Democrat based in New York, regularly shares political commentary on social media. Born in Singapore, he grew up in Dubai and later Dublin, Ireland, before moving to the United States, where he attended both high school and college.

MAGA calls for Harry Sisson's deportation

Conservative users on X rallied to make “Deport Harry Sisson” a trend on the platform.

A MAGA commenter wrote, "Harry Sisson has only lived in America for 5 years. Yes you heard that right. He was born in Singapore. I want every MAGA account on X that is currently active to comment, "Deport Harry Sisson" on this post. Let's get it trending!"

Another person joined saying, "Deport Harry Sisson. Make America Great Again."

One person urged, "Deport Harry Sisson now. Just do it now."

A person shared reason, "Fear mongering, and dividing, and race baiting 24/7. Harry is always finding something to complain about."

A person added, "Deport little Harry Sisson. Harry needs to go. 🤡"

An X user commented, "He needs to be deported!"

Harry Sisson responds to public backlash

Harry Sisson quickly responded after noticing the growing online campaign demanding his deportation. He questioned whether the MAGA supporters behind the trend even realized he was a US citizen.

“LMAOOO why is “Deport Harry Sisson” trending? You guys know I’m an American citizen by birth right? The MAGA weirdos are not very bright!” he wrote on social media.

Sisson didn’t hold back in his criticism, adding, “So “Deport Harry Sisson” is now trending number one on this app. I’m an American citizen by birth. I’m also more American than any of these MAGA freaks who support the traitorous felon in the Oval Office!”

He went on to claim the outrage revealed a deeper insecurity among his critics, “I’m flattered that MAGA got “Deport Harry Sisson” trending to number 1. Just proves they’re scared of me and my peers. All of the wins Democrats have secured recently have shaken them to their core. Keep it coming, MAGA dorks! Thank you! HJS.”
