LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Demi Moore is reportedly fuming over Rob Lowe as he has chosen to reveal their '80s fling as she's preparing to say goodbye to her ex-husband Bruce Willis, sources informed Radar Online.

The insider said that Moore thinks it was "mean and even dimwitted" for Lowe, 60 to disclose their long-ago hookup while making the 1985 Brat Pack flick 'St Elmo's Fire'.

A source said to the outlet, "She always knew Rob was a jerk and this just proves her case. Clearly, he's desperate for attention. If he had half a brain, he would have known not to even go there. But then, everybody knew Rob was just a pretty face!"

Lowe revealed about their fling during a podcast with Kelly Ripa and said, "Demi and I briefly, I'm not telling tales out of school, we briefly had a thing."

However, a friend close to Demi Moore said that this has made the actress furious. The person said, "This is absolutely the last thing Demi needs right now. All her energies are spent on helping to care for Bruce in what appears to be the twilight of his life. He's slipping away faster than anyone thought."

Moore and her daughters from Willis, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, have come together with Bruce's current wife, Emma Heming, and their girls, Mabel and Evelyn, to be with the 'Die Hard' actor, who is battling the effects of dementia.

The insider added, "It's an incredible task caring for Bruce. Rob should know this. It was a stupid, lowdown thing to do, and Demi may never forgive him."

She explained, "It took some of the tension of uncertainty and trying to bridge between privacy and secretiveness. It is very private, but it was something that was trying to be held. So it opened up a pathway of much more ease and grace."

The actress also said that the disease is what the disease is and a person has to be in real deep acceptance of what that is. "But for where he's at, he is stable," she said.
