Diddy's stern seven-word warning for Ashton Kutcher over prank resurfaces amid rapper's scandal
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: When Ashton Kutcher decided to "punk" Sean "Diddy" Combs back in the day, he quickly learned that the latter wasn’t someone to mess around with. In fact, the rapper gave him a stern warning: "That it will not end well for you."
The story came up during a 2018 episode of 'The Late Late Show with James Corden', where Diddy reminisced about their early friendship and how Kutcher's MTV prank show 'Punk’d' nearly stirred up some tension between them.
Word got around quickly and the music mogul apparently found out about the plan before the actor could put it into action. He wasted no time in giving Kutcher a call to shut things down.
Diddy recalled telling him, "I heard you are going to punk me, and I just don’t think that’s a good idea. If you do that, that will not end well for you. But I think we should work out a deal."
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis reportedly seeking a much more grounded lifestyle
Rumor has it that Ashton Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis are thinking about leaving Hollywood behind for a quieter life in Europe.
Sources told InTouch that they’re fed up with all the drama and bad press, especially with his name being tied up in controversies like his former 'That '70s Show' co-star Danny Masterson and now with Diddy.
"First it was Danny Masterson and now it’s Diddy, and it’s got him convinced that there are way better places out there to live than Hollywood. In his view, the town is just a cesspool at this point," dished an insider.
They added, "The idea of moving to Europe is topping their list right now because they figure that would be such a great place to live and raise their kids with a much more grounded lifestyle."
During 'The Late Late Show', Corden couldn’t help but hype Diddy up and gave him props for his incredible career as well as his legendary reputation as a party host. Diddy took a trip down memory lane, remembering his epic 30th birthday party that even had stars like Beyonce on the guest list.
Corden asked the question everyone’s always wondered: "What happens on the other side of that velvet rope? What’s going on inside that party?" Diddy got nostalgic. "This was before social media, so things were a little bit more private," responded the Bad Boy Records founder, adding, "It was a gorgeous time to grow up."
Sean 'Diddy' Combs once shared why Ashton Kutcher stopped clubbing with their 'rat pack'
Sean "Diddy" Combs previously hinted that Ashton Kutcher's wild party days started winding down when he got serious with Demi Moore in the early 2000s.
Diddy and Kutcher were tight back in those days. He described their crew as a "rat pack" that included Jamie Foxx, and they were regulars on the club scene. But things changed when Kutcher met Moore.
The rapper remembered a turning point in a 2010 essay for TIME. He wrote, "I remember one night he was with Demi, maybe for the first time, and a couple of weeks later he called me to tell me he was in love. That was the end of our clubbing."
The actor swapped the late-night scene for cozy date nights with Moore, but that didn’t mean his friendship with Diddy ended. Even though their party days were behind them, Diddy said he and Kutcher stayed close and that their relationship was more than just business deals.
"But we are still friends. Not that cliche of: ‘Let’s make a move, let’s do a deal,’ he is a sounding board for me. Like me, he’s a mogul—a new media mogul. But we are yin and yang: I am in your face and he is understated, cool, suave," explained Diddy.
Kutcher and Moore eventually tied the knot in 2005, but they went their separate ways in 2011.
He found love again with his former 'That '70s Show' co-star Kunis and the two got married in 2015. Now, they’re proud parents to their two children, Wyatt and Dimitri.
