WASHINGTON, DC: The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has reportedly announced that they are starting a new project, Trump’s 'MAGA Veepstakes', to target Republicans who would be competing to become his running mate for the November elections.

DNC communications director Rosemary Boeglin said in a statement, “Like any narcissist, Donald Trump will choose a VP in his image: an extreme, anti-choice MAGA election denier who wants to rip away Americans’ freedoms and sell out working families to help their special interest donors.”

DNC dubs Trump’s potential VP pick ‘extremist’

She further explained, “Trump has floated dozens of names, and while he trots them around like sad show ponies on the campaign trail, it doesn’t really matter who’s in his good graces one day and who’s shooting their dog the next.”

“Trump’s VP contenders have all already shown they pass his extreme, MAGA litmus test,” Boeglin added.

Besides, the release issued by the DNC mentions points that would prove if the VP contender is a perfect one for the former president or not.

The points listed are: “Election Denier Backing Trump’s ‘Big Lie’, Anti-Choice Extremist Hellbent on Ripping Away Reproductive Rights, Co-Conspirator To ‘Terminate’ the Affordable Care Act and Raise Costs, and Corporate Shill Who Will Sell Out Working Families and Gut Social Security and Medicare.”

Donald Trump yet to announce his running mate

Trump has still not revealed the name of his running mate for the upcoming elections as he continues to be busy in his hush-money trial happening in New York.

The 77-year-old is expected to reveal his pick after the July Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

DNC accused of panicking

Meanwhile, the organization’s project has received a variety of reactions online with a Facebook user saying, “Extremism is in the Democratic Party and its gang who have brought shame to America and made it a weak nation unable to protect its allies and send money to its enemies.”

The second user commented, “The DNC is in a panic.”

“Whoever they use as the VP candidate, the competition is only Kamala Harris 🤷‍♂️ What a sad state of affairs, on one side it’s Biden/Harris the other is Trump/Who Cares. What kind of ‘choices’ are these?” the third user remarked.

The fourth user noted, “This is too much, the man has not even picked a VP and the left is already creating an accusation for them. ‘Pick the man, I will find the crime’.. Again, tell me who is destroying Democracy?”

The fifth user added, “I'm sure the Dem's are planning dirty tricks like always on President Trump because they can't stand his popularity and support now with all that's happening to him which is a disgrace to say the least!”

“Another GOP clown show… there are so many!” an individual wrote.

A person on X tweeted, “No need to paint anyone. These people are extreme and everyone sees it. Trump will only consider extreme loyalists who are willing to die for him. He’s their ruler now.”

Another person commented, “The Republicans are extreme. Election denial is EXTREME. State the truth.”

“Great idea @DNC 💙 don't forget puppy killers!” the third one added, seemingly referring to Kristi Noem.
