LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNI: Elisabeth Moss has officially confirmed her pregnancy during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, proudly showcasing her blossoming bump.

The 41-year-old actress, known for her roles in 'Mad Men' and 'The Shining Girls', responded to Jimmy's inquiry about her pregnancy with humor, "Are you pregnant or just an incredibly committed method actor?" stating, "A little bit of both,"

Discussing her pregnancy experience in response to Jimmy's inquiry about her well-being, Elisabeth Moss shared, "Not bad, actually. I've been really lucky. It's been going really well."

While Elisabeth is usually private about her personal life, the exciting baby news has prompted a retrospective look at her love life and past relationships.

According to Hello Magazine, the actress, who divorced 'Saturday Night Live' alum Fred Armisen over a decade ago, met him in 2009 through her 'Mad Men' co-star, Jon Hamm. Despite a whirlwind romance and marriage the following year, the union lasted only eight months, with Elisabeth describing it as "extremely traumatic and awful."

Reflecting on her divorce, Elisabeth shared with Vulture magazine, "Looking back, I feel like I was really young, and at the time I didn’t think that I was that young. It was extremely traumatic and awful and horrible."

Despite the challenging experience, she acknowledged that it turned out for the best, expressing relief that it didn't happen later in life and without children.

Following her divorce, Elisabeth dated Australian cinematographer Adam Arkapaw, known for his work on HBO's True Detective, but the couple parted ways in 2015. The actress has maintained a tight-lipped approach to her love life since then.



 

In 2022, Elisabeth expressed her desire to start a family, sharing her eagerness to have children. Speaking to You magazine ahead of her 40th birthday, she said, "I definitely want to have kids because I've been very inspired by the kind of mother my mom is. She did a beautiful thing with me."
