LONDON, UK: Ellen DeGeneres gave fans a rare look inside her countryside farmhouse in England after relocating from the US following Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential win.

Back in April, DeGeneres gave fans a rare peek at her new home, posting a photo of wife Portia de Rossi, capturing a rainbow moment herself.

In the months since, she’s been sharing clips and photos of the sheep they’ve added to their farm — and it looks like the animals favor the cozy house over the open land.

Ellen DeGeneres shares funny clip of sheep invading her Cotswolds home

On Monday, June 16, DeGeneres, shared a playful video on Instagram from inside her new estate in the UK. In the footage, a group of sheep wander in from the surrounding fields, making themselves at home in a clearly human living space.

“Our sheep keep coming inside,” DeGeneres joked in the caption. “To be fair, we do have a piece of furniture that looks like a sheep, but that one doesn’t try to eat our rugs.”

In the first of two clips, four sheep stroll through large open folding glass doors. One even approaches DeGeneres' dog Kid, who jumps out of his cozy white bed in surprise.

“They’re coming inside?” her wife is heard asking in the background.

“Yeah, they’re inside,” replies the 'Finding Dory' star, sounding completely unfazed.

In the second clip, one sheep roams through another area of the house while another lingers just outside the expansive glass doors. A plush, sheep-shaped piece of furniture adds to the playful scene. After a round of laughter, de Rossi, gently guides the woolly guest back outside.

The new videos gave fans a rare look inside DeGeneres and de Rossi’s UK residence, where sleek, modern design stands out against the traditional limestone manors typical of the Cotswolds.

The video shared on Monday, which racked up over 54K likes, came just days after DeGeneres posted another clip of her sheep attempting to break into the chicken coop.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi relocated to English countryside after selling California home

In November, a source told PEOPLE that DeGeneres and de Rossi had relocated from California to a rural part of England after the couple was spotted at a local pub.

“Ellen was in England house hunting in early October. She ended up finding a home she loved and bought it shortly after,” the source shared.

Their new home is in the Cotswolds, a region favored by UK celebrities like the Beckhams, Kate Moss, Elizabeth Hurley, and former Prime Minister David Cameron.

Since the move, DeGeneres has shared a variety of glimpses into their countryside life. In April, she posted a heartwarming photo of Portia snapping a picture of a double rainbow under stormy skies, captioned: “[Three] things that make me happy: My Wife, A Rainbow and my wife taking a photograph of a Rainbow.”

Much of her content has featured the outdoors - from the challenges of mowing a sprawling lawn, to the sheep she brought in to handle the job. On May 28, she shared her first sheep video, joking, “Turns out my lawn mowing skills are not great. So…..sheep.”

Just two days later, on May 30, DeGeneres posted a follow-up video showing the sheep escaping their field, wandering into the barn and even the house. One black sheep named Alice was seen prancing past the couple’s rustic decor, including a black leather couch.

“We got sheep to maintain the grass, but they keep escaping,” DeGeneres wrote. “I’m not sure if this is easier than using the lawnmower.”

The couple, known for their impressive real estate portfolio, have been offloading several US properties in recent months. DeGeneres' move overseas follows her retreat from the spotlight after workplace allegations surfaced in 2020. Her long-running talk show ended in May 2022 after 19 seasons, and in 2024, she announced her final stand-up special for Netflix, 'Ellen DeGeneres: For Your Approval'.
