WASHINGTON, DC: The Elon Musk-Ashley St Clair saga just got a whole lot messier.

The billionaire tech mogul fired back at the conservative influencer on Monday, March 31, after she accused him of slashing child support payments for their alleged six-month-old son, the New York Post reported.

Elon Musk claps back at Ashley St Clair over child support drama

“I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out,” Musk wrote on X. “No court order is needed.”

He said he’s been paying child support without even confirming if he’s the father.

“Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year,” the billionaire claimed.

St Clair, however, wasn’t having it. She called Musk a “petulant man-child” while shutting down his version of events.

“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” she shot back.

“And you weren’t sending me money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary… until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience,’” she continued. “But you’re really only punishing your son.”

St Clair also took a swing at Musk’s use of social media, calling out what she sees as hypocrisy.

“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it,” she ranted. “America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.”

Ashley St Clair sells her $100k Tesla amid allegations

Elon Musk’s response came after St Clair was spotted selling her $100,000 Tesla Model S, claiming she needed the money to cover the supposed 60% cut to child support payments.

“I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she told paparazzi as her luxury EV was being hauled away.

It didn’t take long for social media to explode over the scene, with critics accusing St Clair of staging a publicity stunt.

The bombshell accusations come just weeks after St Clair filed a paternity petition in Manhattan Supreme Court, demanding Musk take a genetic test to confirm whether he fathered her child.

The lawsuit, which was filed just two weeks after her shocking declaration on X, alleges that she and Musk conceived the child during a trip to St Barts last January. The court documents reportedly include a photo of Musk holding the baby, with St Clair claiming he has seen the child three times so far.

When asked by paparazzi if Musk’s alleged child support cuts were vindictive, St Clair didn’t hold back.

“Well, that’s his modus operandi when women speak out,” she declared. In a not-so-subtle dig at Musk’s Tesla empire, she snarked, “You can check the stocks; I’m not the only one who is cleaning up after his messes.”

St Clair previously told the New York Post that her relationship with Musk started after she interviewed him in 2023 for The Babylon Bee, the conservative satirical news site where she worked.

Things allegedly got serious - but when she became pregnant, she claims Musk told her to keep it a secret, leaving her feeling “completely isolated” throughout the pregnancy.

From conservative darling to 'gold digger'?

Since coming forward with her claims, St Clair has faced serious heat from right-wing circles. MAGA supporters once embraced her but are now questioning her motives - with some outright calling her a “gold digger.”

“Gold digger and professional gaslighter,” Trump loyalist Laura Loomer said of St Clair on X.

"Ashley St Clair calls the paparazzi on herself for another media stunt to demonize her 2nd baby daddy," conservative influencer Isabella Moody added.

"There will be more out of this, she ain’t done. Be careful out there!" actress and comedian Sarah Sansoni warned.
