Elon Musk’s alleged baby mama Ashley St Clair sells Tesla after child support cut

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Elon Musk’s alleged baby mama, conservative influencer Ashley St Clair, has claimed she was forced to sell her Tesla after the billionaire slashed her child support payments in half.
The 26-year-old was spotted outside her Manhattan apartment on Saturday, March 29, handing over the keys to her black Model S to a representative from online auto sales giant Carvana.

St. Clair, who has publicly alleged that Musk is the father of her infant son, told a Daily Mail reporter that she had no choice but to sell the luxury vehicle to cover expenses.
“I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she said, voicing her frustration over the financial situation.
When asked whether she believed Musk was being vindictive, St. Clair responded, “Well, that’s his modus operandi when women speak out. You can check the stocks—I’m not the only one cleaning up after his messes.”
Ashley St Clair and Elon Musk's public battle over paternity

In February, St. Clair took to Musk’s own platform, X, to reveal that the Tesla and SpaceX CEO fathered her child.
She claimed Musk, 53, initially pursued her by sliding into her direct messages in May 2023, and that their son, publicly identified only by the initials R.S.C., was conceived during a January 2024 trip to Saint Barthélemy.
Musk has not publicly confirmed or denied paternity but has responded to social media posts about St. Clair’s claims with cryptic emojis.
St. Clair filed a paternity and custody lawsuit in a New York court on February 21, alleging that Musk initially supported her financially but later withdrew when she refused to keep their child a secret.
She claimed that Musk stopped communicating with her and unilaterally reduced the support payments, forcing her to go public with the legal battle.
Elon Musk 'shameful' actions
A source close to the case described Elon Musk’s alleged behavior as “shocking and shameful.”

“Ever since she got pregnant, Elon had been providing support money to her,” the source told Daily Mail.
“But he had a fairly specific list of requirements, including not acknowledging he was the father. When she objected to the level of control he demanded, he cut off communication entirely. And once she went public, he cut her support payments by more than half,” the insider noted.
The source added that St. Clair has been raising her son, along with her three-year-old child from a previous relationship, without any logistical assistance from Musk.
“She bought a Tesla so she’d have a car to transport both children. Now she’s selling it because she needs to raise money to cover the expenses Elon has simply not paid,” the insider shared.
Elon Musk’s legal moves

Despite his public advocacy for transparency, Musk’s lawyers successfully petitioned a New York judge on March 14 to seal the case, limiting St. Clair’s ability to discuss the details.
“This guy, who is supposedly dedicated to transparency and accountability, the first thing he did was try to gag Ashley so she couldn’t speak out—even as he was unilaterally cutting her support,” the source said.
Before the case was sealed, court documents revealed that Musk had only seen his son three times, twice in New York in September 2024 and once in Austin, Texas, in November 2024 for just 30 minutes.
St. Clair claimed he had never asked for additional visits, photos, or updates on the child’s well-being.
