CORN RANCH, TEXAS: Lauren Sanchez has sparked speculations about getting some cosmetic procedures after appearing in a new Instagram video about her upcoming trip to space.

The Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ fiancee joins an all-female crew of Blue Origin’s flight to space on April 14, Monday. She appeared in a video on Friday, April 11, to excitedly talk about a device that she would be taking with her on the flight.

Sanchez will be joined by the likes of Gayle King and Katy Perry. In the video she lifted a gadget to the screen and showed off the white metal box adorned with a blue lid.

"This is going to pick up all kinds of data from this human space flight," she added.

While Sanchez animatedly talked about the device that would collect data to be later used in K-12 classrooms, several plastic surgeons weighed in on her appearance and shared with Daily Mail that she likely has had some additional fillers and Botox on her face.

Lauren Sanchez’s youthful appearance sparks speculations about cosmetic procedures

Reflecting on Lauren Sanchez’s recent appearance, several plastic surgeons suggested that the 55-year-old might have gone under the knife for a few nips and tucks, including getting some more fillers in her cheeks and lips and Botox around her eyes.

Dr Smita Ramanadham, a board-certified plastic surgeon, compared the former journalist’s video with her photos from Trump’s inauguration, and claimed Sanchez seemingly resorted to getting fillers and Botox around her eyes and brows.

“In that case, that does need to be done every three to four months,” shared the doctor, before adding, “That's typically the duration of Botox. So that's something that could have been done between [January] and now.”

The cosmetic surgeon further suggested that the Black Ops Aviation founder might have also gotten herself a lip lift, which essentially means shortening the gap between the nose and the upper lip.

“In the [presidential] inaugural picture [in January], she definitely has this pout, pursing of her lips, and she has filler in there,” said Dr Smita, before adding, “In the video [posted Friday], it does look like her upper lip is a little bit more full and has more volume than this still picture.”

Overfilled lips often lose their “landmarks”, meaning the vertical lines which appear while talking. But sometimes incorrect filler placement can result in stiffness or any unnatural look called "duck lips". Sanchez — though probably has got some lip fillers — does not have to worry about this.

“I do think that she does have a good amount of filler in her lips and she's talking normally,” said Dr Smita.

“But I do think if she were to really purse her lips, if you were to see some different movements from her, like, if she was using a straw or something like that, I think that's when it might be a little bit more noticeable that some of that movement is subdued," she added.

Experts claim Lauren Sanchez might have had some fat injected to look youthful

Another plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, Dr Timothy Katzen, shared, “With the neck, it gets thinner, you can see it loses fat and sags a bit, but this doesn’t happen with other areas.”

“So I think she had something injected into her face – either filler, fat, or cheek implants,” noted the surgeon about Sanchez's appearance..

The doctors also focused on Sanchez’s eyes and said that the area around her eyes also looks smooth and line-free, suggesting she might have removed some excess skin and reduced fat pockets.

Texas-based plastic surgeon, Dr Rukmini Rednam, shared, “It would explain the smoother appearance with less upper wrinkling to her eyes.”

Dr Smita, meanwhile, added, “She definitely had Botox to lift her brows, and then whether or not she had the brow lift at some point is difficult to say.”
