Social media posts, including one that reads “so apparently a picture from one of the tables at the wedding has leaked,” present the image as evidence that Swift and Kelce have already hosted or are in the process of hosting wedding celebrations.
The post went viral on social media, garnering over 2 million views within hours.
The card’s labeling featuring both names together and the number “Table 13” has further fueled speculation among fans, with some interpreting it as confirmation of a marriage or engagement milestone.
Fact Check: Claim is misleading and false
The image circulating online is real, but it is not connected to any wedding involving Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
The photo actually dates back to 2024 and originated from an entirely different event. The envelope first gained attention during the wedding celebrations of Cole Kmet, who married Emily Jarosz last year.
During the event, a guest, Ellie Nottoli, shared behind-the-scenes content on Instagram Stories, including a sample seating card.
The envelope was labeled “Taylor and Travis Kelce” with “Table 13” printed beneath, but it was not an actual assignment for the celebrity couple.
Nottoli later clarified that neither Swift nor Kelce attended the wedding.
Reports at the time indicated that the singer and the Kansas City Chiefs star were at a different wedding in Tennessee during the same weekend, further confirming that the viral image had no connection to them.
The card itself appears to have been a placeholder or sample used for demonstration purposes as part of the wedding’s seating arrangement planning.
Its resurfacing now, stripped of that original context, has led to widespread misinterpretation. The inclusion of “Table 13” also contributed to the confusion.
The number is closely associated with Swift, who has often described 13 as her lucky number, leading some fans to speculate that the detail was intentional.
However, there is no evidence that the card was ever created for or used by Swift or Kelce in any official capacity.
