Fans convinced Taylor Swift yelled disturbing phrase while cheering for Travis Kelce at Chiefs game
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Taylor Swift made a highly anticipated return to Arrowhead Stadium on Monday night, October 7, to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce, as the Kansas City Chiefs took on the New Orleans Saints.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing for the pop star, as the tension of the game appeared to overwhelm her at one point.
Taylor Swift’s emotional sideline reaction at Chiefs-Saints game
During a crucial third-quarter play, New Orleans Saints defensive tackle Khalen Saunders intercepted a pass from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, taking off on a 37-yard run that put significant pressure on the home team.
As the replay aired on ESPN, cameras shifted to Taylor Swift in her VIP suite, where she was visibly frustrated.
Taylor Swift literally said “I’m going to f****** kill myself” at one point while watching the game last night. And, as a sports fan, if that isn’t just the most relatable reaction to a game. She gets it you guys https://t.co/vpY3iyqRlJ pic.twitter.com/tHsnMVI74N

Fans on social media quickly noticed her reaction, with many claiming they could lip-read her screaming, “No, I want to f**king kill myself.”
The clip spread rapidly across platforms, with viewers largely agreeing on what they believed Swift had said in the heat of the moment.
Interestingly, Saunders has a personal connection to Swift — his younger brother Kameron is one of her backup dancers, having performed with her on her massive Eras Tour.
Despite Swift’s anxious outburst, the Chiefs managed to hold their ground, securing a 23-16 victory and extending their undefeated start to the season at 5-0.
Khalen Sanders just intercepted Mahomes after the broadcast was talking about his brother performing with Taylor Swift. Great way to get his first interception in the end zone.

Taylor Swift joins Travis Kelce’s family for game but skips his birthday charity event
This was Taylor Swift's first Chiefs game appearance in over two weeks, as she had missed their previous road matchups against the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Chargers.
On Monday, she was seated in Travis Kelce’s suite, alongside her father, Scott Swift, Kelce’s father Ed, and several of Kelce’s friends.

Interestingly, Swift was notably absent from Kelce’s 35th birthday celebrations over the weekend.
Kelce had hosted a 'Car Jam' event in Kansas City to raise funds for his charitable foundation 87 and Running but Swift did not attend.
Kelce, who has had a somewhat slow start to the season by his usual standards, showed improvement during Monday's game.

He recorded nine receptions for 70 yards, offering hope that he's back on track.
With the Chiefs heading into a bye week, their next challenge will be a big one: a rematch against the San Francisco Giants on October 20, revisiting last season's Super Bowl clash.
Meanwhile, Swift and Kelce were spotted together the following day, with exclusive Daily Mail photos showing the pair departing Kansas City on a private jet bound for the East Coast.
However, it seems Kelce kept Swift waiting for about an hour before he arrived at the runway, a slight delay before the duo jetted off from Missouri.
