During an appearance on 'Up & Adams' on Tuesday, October 8, a Kansas City Chiefs teammate talked about Travis Kelce's performance when his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, was in the stands.

Justin Reid was asked if Kelce, 34, "plays better when Taylor is there." Reid enthusiastically replied, “Absolutely. Who doesn’t play better when they want to impress their girlfriend? Taylor, come to all the games. Taylor, keep coming.” 

Since the season began in September, the Chiefs have won all five games, with Swift attending three of them. After missing a couple of games, the Grammy winner was back for Monday’s match against the New Orleans Saints.

She turned heads in a plaid Vivienne Westwood skirt set and over-the-knee black boots, topped off with glitter freckles. Jason Kelce praised her outfit during the 'Monday Night Countdown' broadcast, saying, “Look at that now. That looks good.”

Travis’ brother, a retired Philadelphia Eagles player, Jason Kelce, also addressed claims that Swift is responsible for Travis' “slow start” this season. Jason said, “I know, optics are that he is all over the place. And that’s not just optics. That’s reality. But he still keeps the main thing the main thing.”

He added, “He has enjoyed his off-season very much — even before Taylor Swift and anything else that’s been going on in our lives. And I think that he is always gonna find a way to make football the No. 1 priority in terms of being prepared.”

After Monday’s victory, Travis and Taylor were seen sharing a kiss in front of their fathers, Ed Kelce and Scott Swift, and they cuddled at a post-game party. The couple has been dating since 2023 and remains strong despite recent breakup rumors, and fake contract documents.
