Loomer took to X (formerly Twitter) to claim, without evidence, that Kelly was managing his wife’s account and endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for president on her behalf, as reported by The New Republic.

Loomer’s history of controversial behavior is well-documented. She has previously engaged in White nationalism and Islamophobia, earning her bans from various social media platforms.

Despite her contentious reputation, Loomer has found favor with prominent figures like Donald Trump Jr, who has suggested she could serve as White House press secretary if his father wins the presidency.

Trump Jr’s influence in his father’s political decisions adds weight to his endorsements, making Loomer’s actions particularly noteworthy.

In 2011, Giffords was shot while hosting a campaign event in Tucson, Arizona. The bullet passed through her brain, but she has since made a remarkable recovery.

Although she still faces challenges in speaking and walking, Giffords remains active in public life, recently campaigning for Harris in Pennsylvania. Contrary to Loomer’s claims, Giffords is far from "brain dead."
