'Fed up' Ozzy Osbourne apologizes to Britney Spears for insulting her dance with another brutal dig
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ozzy Osbourne is apologizing for mocking Britney Spears' dance moves but just like her hit song 'Oops!... I Did It Again,' he managed to stir the pot once again.
The Prince of Darkness, 75, admitted he was "fed up" with seeing the "poor old" pop star's half-naked dance clips on Instagram.
Ozzy Osbourne annoyed by Britney Spears’ dance videos
During a podcast episode of 'The Osbournes', Ozzy, flanked by wife Sharon Osbourne and children Kelly and Jack, voiced his discontent, revealing his lack of interest in the 'Toxic' songstress' scantily clad dancing in her living room.
He described her social media presence as "very sad" and "heartbreaking," while Sharon called Britney a "poor little thing."
Britney Spears fires back at the Osbournes over criticism of her dance
Britney Spears, never one to shy away from confrontation, responded fiercely on Instagram, "The Osbourne family is the most boring family known to mankind, and they can kindly f*** off!!!!"
She also reflected on the nature of kindness and the cruelty often encountered in the public eye, urging caution in choosing who to trust.
"I personally believe that being vulnerable enough to ask someone for inspiration or help is incredibly beautiful... but ironically in the world we live in with how incredibly cruel people can be you have to be extremely careful who you allow in your circle and your heart!!!" Britney concluded.
Soon after her response, the '...Baby One More Time,' singer posted another dance video, reaffirming her dedication to staying true to herself despite the criticism.
Now, in a surprising turn, Ozzy has issued a heartfelt apology.
"Britney, I really owe you an apology. I’m so sorry for making that comment," he said. Yet, in classic Ozzy fashion, he couldn't resist adding a bit of advice, "However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same f**king dance every day. Change a few movements."
Sorry, Britney – we still think you rock! 🤘
