Eight years after her last tour with Prince Harry, the Duchess’ return to Australia shows a more modern, relaxed style inspired by local fashion.
While her 2018 looks focused on elegant maternity wear, her 2026 wardrobe leans toward easy, coastal pieces and soft, neutral tones.
The Priscilla Dress
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry kicked off their Australia visit in Melbourne with a stop at the Royal Children’s Hospital on April 14.
She chose to go local as she stepped out in a navy-blue sleeveless dress from Australian label Karen Gee. The 'Priscilla' midi dress, featured a sculpted bodice, fluid skirt and gold button detailing. She enhanced her look with Dior pumps and puffy heart earrings from Real Fine Studio.
Another meaningful touch to her whole outfit was a yellow gold Cartier Tank Française watch that once belonged to Princess Diana.
Matching in Khaki
For the couple's visit to the Australian National Veterans Arts Museum, Meghan Markle chose a knitted vest, maxi skirt and collarless suede jacket from local Australian brand St Agni. She also matched her outfit to Prince Harry's khaki shirt.
Leaning into her love for neutrals, she paired a taupe knit top with a khaki suede St Agni bomber and skirt set, creating an effortlessly chic monochrome look.
Full monochrome in the kitchen
MasterChef Australia got a sprinkle of royal spice when Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, appeared as a guest judge on the show during her visit.
She wore a black Matteau blouse paired with a high-waisted corset skirt by Camilla and Marc, finishing the look with Manolo Blahnik suede pumps and Paspaley pearl earrings.
Once again spotlighting Australian designers on her tour.
The Anya mini dress
Meghan Markle visited Swinburne University’s Batyr programme in Australia wearing a sleeveless olive-green Friends With Frank 'Anya' mini dress, featuring darted detailing and concealed pockets.
The duchess paired the khaki number with sheer black tights from Wolford. To complete the ensemble, she wore Manolo Blahnik BB pointy-toe pumps in black suede.
Meghan, this time, spotlighted Friends with Frank, a Melbourne-based label founded by Julia McCarthy.
Casual dressing
For the couple's day three outing at Scar Tree Walk, highlighting Aboriginal history, the mom-of-two layered a camel Friends with Frank Lou trench over a 'Mama'” graphic tee.
She paired it with Rolla’s bootcut jeans and white Freda Salvador sneakers, while Natalie Marie studs and Logan Hollowell rings added a touch of sparkle. Rolla and Friends with Frank are both Australian brands.
Meghan wore the t-shirt in support of Alliance of Moms, which aids expectant and parenting youth in LA's foster care system.
Nautical theme
It was a gorgeous sunny day on day 4 of their visit. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle headed to the Sydney Harbour.
Here they joined Invictus Australia in sailing around Sydney Harbour. They also met Bondi beach terror attack survivors and first responders.
Meghan kept it simple and chic with a blue and white striped Matteau shirt tied at the waist and cream cropped Rolla’s Jeans, a suede brown Scanlan Theodore tote and Freda Salvador cut-out sneakers. She added Essen gold drop earrings and dark aviators to complete her look.
