Gisele Bundchen felt she 'lived in Tom Brady's shadow' for years before meeting BF Joaquim Valente

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Gisele Bundchen seems to be loving every bit of her new life with her boyfriend Joaquim Valente.

The Brazilian fashion model was previously married to former NFL star Tom Brady from 2009 to 2022 and they share two children, son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 12.

A tipster recently spilled to Page Six that Bundchen feels "freer" with her new boyfriend, who is a Jiu-Jitsu instructor, after feeling like "she lived in Tom's shadow for a long time." The lovebirds began dating in June 2023.

The publication also reported that the 44-year-old is "grateful for what she had" with the seven-time Super Bowl champion and is "blessed for their children."

However, now with Valente, Bundchen is "absolutely loving this new chapter," the insider added.

This came after in February, People reported that the supermodel became a mother for the third time. She welcomed a baby boy with her new flame.

The couple hasn't revealed the name of their newborn, but his middle name is said to be River.

Tom Brady was 'stunned' to know about Gisele Bundchen's pregnancy

As the news of Gisele Bundchen's third pregnancy emerged, a source told People that she was "excited to embrace this new chapter openly."

They added that she "feels good" and is continuing "pilates and other exercises that will help with birth too."

However, Brady was apparently shocked to learn about his former wife's pregnancy.

A source claimed, "Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquim, but he never imagined they would be having a child together. It just wasn’t something that was on his radar."

"So when Gisele broke the news to him, he was stunned, to say the least," they added.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady has also moved on in his life with Irina Shayk. The two were first linked in 2023 but they soon broke things off.

However, recent reports suggest that they might have rekindled their romance. "The timing was off before. Neither of them was fully over their exes when they first got together. Now, they’re both in better head spaces," a source said.

The insider added that the duo "never stopped caring about one another," adding that "whatever spark they had two years ago is back."
