LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Gypsy-Rose Blanchard, who became widely known following the murder of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard, is contemplating a life away from the public eye.

Blanchard, 32, was released from prison in December after serving eight years for conspiring with her then-boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, to murder her mother, who had subjected her to years of Munchausen by proxy abuse.

Since her release, Blanchard has experienced various new aspects of life and is now looking towards a future that includes ordinary, everyday activities.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she expressed her desire to step away from the spotlight and embrace a more typical lifestyle. "I think everything has been very hyped up, and I've had wonderful opportunities, but I don't see those lasting," Blanchard said. "I think after so long of having my name in the spotlight, that time is coming really soon."

"And that is, when do I say enough is enough? And I think after so long of having my name in the spotlight, that time is coming really soon," she added.

Surprisingly, Blanchard's aspirations include potentially working at McDonald's, due to her love for their French fries. "Part of me is like, maybe I should just go work at McDonald's. I love those French fries!" she shared.

Additionally, she expressed interest in retail, particularly in makeup stores like Sephora, owing to her passion for makeup.

"I don't know. But I do like retail, too, Maybe something at the mall, like makeup or Sephora or something — because I love makeup," Blanchard added.

However, she acknowledges that adjusting to life outside prison is a prerequisite before she can land a regular job. She mentioned the need to learn basic life skills such as driving, saying, "I'm still working on driving. I need to get my driver's license, as I've said before. So to get to a job I need to know how to drive."
