Many former employees of his lifestyle brand, Sean John, and advertising agency Blue Flame, stepped forward to share their alleged experiences.

These former staffers recently spoke to The Daily Beast, that they had witnessed Diddy's “erratic” behavior where he reportedly grabbed, berated, and threatened them.

One female ex-employee recounted a harrowing experience when Diddy grabbed her face during an argument.

The staffer recounted the time when she was crossed by Diddy over a creative decision. “He didn’t like that I wasn’t agreeing with him, and he wasn’t interested in hearing my point of view."

The employee recounted Diddy comparing himself with a renowned fashion designer. She recalled Diddy telling her, “When you speak to me, you should imagine that you’re talking to Karl Lagerfeld,” she recalled Combs telling her. “Anything I say, assume that it’s coming from Karl Lagerfeld.”

She continued to share her experience as she said, “At that point, I didn’t have a response to that, and he reaches out and he grabs my face,” before adding, “He puts one hand on both sides of my cheeks and says ‘Stick out your tongue,’ and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me to stick out my tongue, forces his hands on my face.”

“I started looking for a job immediately after that moment,” adding, “I just wasn’t interested in being there to deal with that kind of treatment. You have to really idolize him and see him as an icon. I didn’t. I was just there to do my job.”

Not only the female ex-staffer, but several other employees also recounted how Diddy maintained workplace dominance by propagating a culture of fear.

Another ex-staffer said, “There was erratic behavior, there was definitely what I would consider mental abuse, [with] how he spoke to us as employees,” before adding that they often had to work from 7 am to 11 pm because of the "culture of fear" he propagated. The staffer also added, that there was “a lot of profanity, kind of aggressive, in your face—physically in your face—kind of stuff."

They claimed Diddy used to keep the employees at the edge through his ‘Game of Thrones’-esque tense environment.

Previously, a make-up artist of Diddy claimed to have seen the after-effects of abuse on ex-girlfriend Cassie.

The eyewitness told Rolling Stone that he was "screaming at the top of his lungs" during the incident, before adding, "[He] whupped her butt — like really whupped her butt.”

The insider continued, "She was trying to defend herself a little bit. She was crying.”
