WASHINGTON, DC: Former President Donald Trump recently served another word salad when he mentioned that he did not know what the word 'indictment' really meant.

The incident took place during his recent election campaign in Michigan where he was addressing supporters on Saturday, February 17.

Donald Trump says he didn't know meaning of 'indictment'

During his recent campaign in Michigan, Trump said, "A lot of people have come to me, they say 'How do you do it? You go through all these subpoenas. You got indicted'."

"Now in my whole life, I didn't know what the N word. I didn't know what indictment meant."

Moreover, he also told his supporters in Michigan to vote in the primary on November 27, a date that's not only long after the February primary date, but also after the general election as well.

Notably, Donald Trump was hit with a hefty fine of more than $354.9 million and an additional $100 million in interest costs on Friday, February 16, as a result of a civil fraud lawsuit.

In his final ruling, the court ordered Trump to pay the fine and barred him from conducting business in the New York for three years. Nonetheless, the judge did not shut down the Trump family company.

Internet mocks Donald Trump

As the video was shared on social media platform X, several people mocked the former president.

A user wrote, "N-dictment. It really is 50/50 as to whether or not he thinks that's how it's spelled."

One mentioned, "They continue to say that all the cases against him are good for his campaign, but it's pretty clear from tonight that he's slowly imploding. And the criminal trials haven't even started."

Another person wrote, "Trump is now susceptible to outside influences like Putin. He can no longer be considered a valid candidate for President."

One user added, "He can’t spell indictment? Lol. Dude glitching in real time."

A user further mentioned, "Trump is very familiar with both the N-word and the Indictment-word."

Another added, "I think if you’ve been indicted this many times, you learn how to spell it."
