LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alec Baldwin reportedly faces pressure from his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, to undergo cosmetic surgery to fix up his baggy eyes.

Insiders claim that Hilaria believes Alec’s appearance tarnishes her image and insists he match her level of glamor.

The 'It’s Complicated' star is reportedly ready to do whatever Hilaria wants, as he always follows her lead.

"She wants Alec to get cosmetic surgery to correct them ASAP because they make him look bad, and that's a reflection on her," an insider told Radar Online. "Alec will likely do it because he does everything Hilaria wants."

The 67-year-old actor has reportedly shown signs of aging more visibly in recent years, especially after being involved in the 2021 accidental shooting of 'Rust' cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Though the case was dismissed due to a technicality in the prosecution’s evidence handling, sources say Alec remains deeply affected.

Hilaria Baldwin is allegedly pushing her husband, Alec Baldwin, to go under the knife to remove his eye bags, believing they affect how others view her.

"Hilaria is watching Alec age before her eyes, but most concerning are the unsightly pouches underneath his eyes," said the insider.

"There are times she feels she's talking to Droopy Dog," the source continued, referring to the cartoon character known for his droopy face.

The insider said Hilaria has tried various home remedies — from putting tea bags on his eyes to using creams and pricey serums — but Alec’s baggy eyes keep coming back.

However, Alec "doesn't seem to mind and accepts that they're just part of his face, but they're a real turnoff to Hilaria, who calls them gross."

Hilaria Baldwin is reportedly meticulous about appearances and said to be displeased with Alec Baldwin’s current look.

"It's just another example of how she treats him like dirt," noted the insider. "This is putting even more strain on their marriage."

According to the source, Hilaria —who is “driven” by her public image — is straining her marriage to Alec with her push for surgery. 

"Hilaria is a very glamorous lady, or tries to be," said the insider, adding, "Alec is ruining that image with his baggy eyes."

The insider further claimed that “things are becoming increasingly hostile at home,” and it’s starting to take a toll on the marriage.
