She addressed Botox rumors in a May 2022 interview with Women’s Health as she spoke about the pressure on women to maintain their appearance, per the outlet.

She said at the time, "We bust our a** to get our bodies in shape and to look the best we can. We get facials and Botox and our hair done and highlights and brows and lash lifts and all this s**t."

"But I want to work on the inside. That’s the most important part of the system," Duff added.

Moreover, Duff has also been open about the skincare routine she does to keep her skin tight and right, according to People.

Earlier in 2025, she revealed that she got a facial called 'Aquagold' that involves ingredients being penetrated through the skin with tiny 24-carat gold needles.

Duff and Koma got married in 2019 and share three daughters, Banks, Mae, and Townes. She also shares son Luca with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie.

Koma received a lifetime ban from Twitter in 2023 but has never been afraid to voice his opinions. He took a stand against Kanye West and the rapper’s antisemitic comments, according to US Weekly.

He wrote on Instagram on February 10, "Hey I can make a shirt too – link in bio" alongside a photo of a white T-shirt that read "F**k Ye", which nodded to West’s swastika-emblazoned T-shirt design.
