Kanye West alleges Bianca Censori ‘tried to get me committed’
The track, which premiered on DJ Akademiks' YouTube platform, seemingly narrates how Bianca Censori fled from Kanye West after struggling with his social media activity.
Despite the album not yet being released, lyrics attributed to the song were uploaded to Genius on April 3.

The lyrics suggest West provides an unfiltered account of his troubled relationship with Censori.
According to lyrics reported by the Daily Mail, West raps, "My baby she ran away/But first she tried to get me committed/Not going to the hospital ’cause I am not sick I just do not get it."
Kanye West claims he tracked Bianca Censori through an app
Reportedly, Bianca Censori was pushed to her breaking point due to Kanye West’s erratic online behavior.
His inflammatory social media posts allegedly caused her distress, leading to panic attacks. She reportedly fled in one of his luxury vehicles, to escape the turmoil.
The rapper details how he used the Maybach app to locate his wife after she left in his chrome Mercedes-Maybach.

West raps about tracking Censori down after she left. "She's having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted/ Until Bianca's back I stay up all night I'm not going to sleep/I really don't know where she's at/I'm tracking my b***h through an app/I'm tracking my b***h through the city," the lyrics state.
Kanye West draws relationship comparison to Cassie Ventura and Sean 'Diddy' Combs
One of the most striking claims in the song is Kanye West’s assertion that Bianca Censori’s family wanted him institutionalized.
The lyrics include, “Her family, they want me locked up/They want me to go on retreat/They want me to run and meet.”
West also compares his relationship with Censori to the controversial saga of Cassie Ventura and disgraced Sean 'Diddy' Combs. "I guess we the new Cassie and Diddy," he raps.

West announced his new album in September 2024, stating that it would feature multiple versions with different tracklists in 2025.
Following a history of making antisemitic comments, West recently traveled to Tokyo. He also feuded with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, over their children.
West shares four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—with Kardashian.
Kanye West sparks split rumours from Bianca Censori
The leaked song surfaced nearly two weeks after Kanye West fueled breakup rumors with a cryptic social media post about betrayal, which has now seemingly been deleted.
"When you look at that betrayal list I realized I was just a part of people's strategies," he wrote, as per E!Online.
In the same message, he reflected on past experiences, stating, "I make decisions from my heart and mind. So when my heart is broken it breaks my mind too."

"That’s why I drank Henny to go to the awards that night. Just too many slaps in the face," he stated.
West also wiped his Instagram account and reportedly unfollowed Censori, further fueling speculation about their relationship status.
Kanye and Bianca—who tied the knot in 2022—turned heads at the 2025 Grammys in February.

Recently, Daily Mail, citing sources, reported that Bianca Censori was "encouraging" Kanye to have a baby together to save their relationship and to help "calm Kanye down and prevent him from putting himself or her in danger with his actions."
Kanye West's album features Jared Kushner, Bill Cosby and Virgil Abloh

Another track is titled 'Virgil Let Me Down,' a likely reference to the late fashion designer Virgil Abloh, who met West when they interned at Fendi in 2009 and worked with him afterward at his Donda creative agency.
