CHELSEA, NEW YORK: Hugh Jackman and his new lover, Sutton Foster, are all set to take the next step in their budding relationship, and his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness is not very happy with the development.
In an attempt to shore up their whirlwind romance, Foster has reportedly started "slowly migrating" her belongings into the Hollywood hunk’s New York penthouse, just five months after the couple publicly confirmed their romance in January.
The 56-year-old ‘Wolverine’ star bought the home in New York's Chelsea district with his ex-wife in 2022, a year before he filed for divorce from her in September 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

Furness is believed to be ‘shattered’ to know that the Broadway star has been making a home out of the property she once shared with Jackman.
"They're living together, they're inseparable... She's slowly migrating her things over to Hugh's place," a source tipped to New Idea.
"Deb is shattered knowing Sutton is making the penthouse her own - the place she poured her soul into,” the tipster claimed before adding that Furness wants to be 'treated fairly' so she can move on from their split.
"She wants him to be happy, but Hugh's completely green when it comes to dating. She's concerned he's leaping into living with someone else way too soon," the source added.
These claims came just a few days after Hugh was spotted with Sutton carrying moving boxes into the swanky penthouse apartment.
According to US Weekly, the couple, who initially became romantically involved in October of last year, are 'madly in love'.
"They're not officially living together but spending a lot of time together," an insider told the publication, adding that the couple is 'relieved and happy' to have made their relationship public after the hush-hush beginning.
The couple made their romance official in January this year, when they were spotted enjoying a romantic date night in Los Angeles.
"It felt like the right time as their relationship has gotten stronger," the source told US Weekly, adding, "They've known each other for so long that it's easy to fall into the next stage of their relationship."

After Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster debuted their relationship, a slew of reports claimed that Furness believed their romance won’t last longer.
According to Radar, a source close to Deb, who was married to Hugh for 27 years, claims the actress is giving the relationship 'just one year before it collapses'.
The ‘Reminiscence’ star’s romance with Foster, according to the source, stems from a ‘mid-life crisis’.
“Debs can spot a mid-life crisis from miles away, and she knows Hugh better than anyone,” the source claimed.
“He's needy and he will cry on Sutton's shoulder and try to help her solve her problems, but he won't give her space – and that's just the beginning of why it won't work out, in her opinion,” they added.
