NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In a recent statement, President Joe Biden asserted that his administration has 'created almost 15 million brand new jobs'.

According to the White House, the economy created 2.7 million new jobs in 2023, and investments in clean energy and climate are projected to create more than 1.5 million additional jobs over the next decade but Leo Terrell has a different view on the topic.

RNC Research calls out Biden's job creation claims; Terrell accuses him of lying

A X (Twitter account) RNC Research, stated, "Biden says he's created almost 15 million brand new jobs. Wrong, those are mostly jobs recovered after COVID, with Republican-led states leading. He then claims paychecks for Hispanic and African American workers are up 40% and 50%. In reality, inflation has wiped out wages."

Re-posting the same X post, Terrell, wrote, "He is lying and no one will tell him! SHAMEFUL".

To add context, according to The Guardian, In response to today's encouraging non-farm payroll report, which indicates the addition of 353,000 new jobs in January, he remarked, "America’s economy is the strongest in the world. Today, we saw more proof, with another month of strong wage gains and employment gains of over 350,000 in January, continuing the strong growth from last year."

Adding to the speech he said, "Our economy has created 14.8 million jobs since I took office, unemployment has been under 4% for two full years now, and inflation has been at the pre-pandemic level of 2% over the last half year"

"It’s great news for working families that wages, wealth, and jobs are higher now than before the pandemic, and I won’t stop fighting to lower costs and build an economy from the middle out and bottom up. I’ll continue to stand in the way of efforts by Congressional Republicans to enact massive tax giveaways for the wealthy and big corporations; cut Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security; and raise costs for American families," Biden continued.

Biden speech was then shared by Secretary Gina Raimondo on her X/Twitter account, saying, "Big news: We added over 350,000 jobs in January — shattering expectations and continuing President Biden’s historic job creation streak".

Internet skeptical of Biden's job creation claims

Well, on the same note, netizens have not taken Biden's claims seriously too. A few comments read, "…land the majority of jobs created were ‘part-time’".

Another tagged him as a 'LIAR".

While others said, "Curious about how they gather the stat."

"His followers will believe anything. They are mostly uninformed voters," said another.

"There are not any jobs to be found," another said.

One said, “The Big Lie” is the Modus Operandi of the Progressive Party. Repeat it enough and masses will believe it to be true."

"There’s the cheap lounge act with his mic lying about everything again."

"WoW what a rush of viewers lol no one wants to hear his lies except the paid ones who have to," said another considering there were only 20 or so people surrounding Joe Biden while he gave the speech.
