Internet demands Kim Kardashian apologize to Kate Middleton over 'distasteful' post poking fun at royal
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian's Instagram post captioned "On my way to go find Kate" drew criticism from followers just days before the royal made her cancer diagnosis public.
Kardashian, 43, responded to rumors about the Princess of Wales' whereabouts by sharing pictures of herself posing next to her sports car on Sunday, March 17. But the timing caused a stir, with furious fans swarming the comments section with demands that she remove the post and issue an apology after Kate Middleton disclosed her disease on Friday, March 22.

Internet says Kim Kardashian should apologize to Kate Middleton
While some criticized Kim for being insensitive in light of Middleton's medical condition, others termed her post "tacky" and "classless." The post is still active at the time of writing and the caption hasn't been changed in response to the criticism.
One such user slammed the 'Kardashians' star and wrote, "I think an apology is needed!" while a second one added, "You should probably take this down now"
"I hope you publicly apologize to the princess of wales," chimed in a third user.
A fourth one added, "How low can you go Kim? Poking fun at a wife and mother who has and is seriously ill? Just wow."
"Now she’s confirmed she has cancer, are you going to take this down? So distasteful," blasted another one.
One more added, "She’s a member of the Royal Family for gods sake. Not some fame hungry wannabe. Have some respect!!"
Others took to X (formerly Twitter) to slam Kim with one saying, "Hey Kim Kardashian, You would think you would have compassion for people recovering from cancer," alongside an image of her late father Robert Kardashian.
Another enraged Internet user wrote, "I’m officially done with celebrities. They are trash. Stephen Colbert, Blake Lively, Andy Cohen, Kim Kardashian & numerous other people should’ve kept their mouths shut. But everyone was making fun of the Princess and using her name for clout. Catherine will always be something they will never be…classy."
"You’ll find HRH The Princess of Wales in the Oncology ward having chemo What a rat @KimKardashian," slammed another one.

Kate Middleton reveals that she has cancer following abdominal surgery
Kate revealed in a very intimate, first-ever, and emotional video statement that was recorded at Windsor on Wednesday, March 20, that the news of her cancer diagnosis had come as a "huge shock." And that she and William "have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family," she said.
From a bench amidst spring blossoms and daffodils, the princess said, "It has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok."
"As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirits."
"Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance too. As is the love, support and kindness that has been shown by so many of you. It means so much to us both."

She said her husband had been "a great source of comfort and reassurance" during her cancer battle. It came days after she was spotted grinning with Prince William as they left their favorite farm shop near their Windsor home.
It wasn't until after Catherine had significant abdominal surgery at The London Clinic in January that her cancer was identified.
Kensington Palace has asked people not to speculate on the princess's cancer and stated that it will not be disclosing information about the type or stage of the disease.
