NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Marjorie Taylor Greene slammed the Biden administration in a post shared on March 10, claiming that they were weaponizing the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation against their political opponents.

She voiced the issue earlier at a Trump rally in Rome, Georgia, where former President Donald Trump complained that the polls used to be rigged but are not anymore, as he was "winning by so much."

Marjorie Taylor Greene says Biden admin has 'weaponized' the government

On X (formerly Twitter), Greene shared a clip from her rally speech where she says, "They (Biden administration) have weaponized our government. The government that every single one of you... your hard-earned money funds that government."

"And now our Department of Justice and FBI have been weaponized against pro-life protestors, parents wanting to hold their school boards accountable, Catholics attending Latin maths, and election protestors that showed up to the Capitol on January 6, because we said our elections matter and they should be safe and fair," she added.

"This is not a communist country," she continues. "And our government should not behave like communists. But right now, in the United States of America, this weaponized government has turned into the political arm of Joe Biden's campaign and is going after our favorite president, Donald J Trump."

"We're offended. You better bet we're offended. Should never, ever happen," she adds.

The Georgia representative further emphasized her points by writing in the post, "Joe Biden has weaponized the DOJ and FBI, turning them into the political arm of his campaign to target President Trump and his supporters. This is something that should never happen in a free country! We must end the weaponized government!!"

Internet trolls Marjorie Taylor Greene for calling out Biden admin

The internet trolled MTG for her claims, as thde following tweets demonstrate.

"If that were true, you would be locked up for being an enemy of the state. The 118th Congress is the worst Congress in history, taking orders from a citizen who has 91 indictments," wrote a user, taking on both Greene and Trump.

"You have weaponized the house against political oppositions based on Russian misinformation since you were elected," jibed another.

"Don't break the law, won't be indicted. You don't get arrested for politics," commented a third.

"It's not weaponization when there's evidence of crimes," stated a fourth. "Trump didn't like coverage of him by: CNN, so he blocked their merger with Time Warner / Washington post, so he had his postmaster to raise rates on Amazon / And that was before he promised to run on retribution."

"Trump shouldn’t have committed crimes but that’s what he’s known best for," chided a fifth.
