NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: Move over, Secret Service - there’s a new agent in town.

Ivanka Trump’s seven-year-old son Theodore became an unexpected sensation at Super Bowl LIX after his appearance with grandpa Donald Trump at the super event.

The first daughter, 43, brought little Theo along to Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, February 9, to watch the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles battle it out.

But while all eyes should have been on the field, fans couldn’t get enough of Theo’s protective stance around his grandfather, President Donald Trump.

Fans gush over Theodore James' bodyguard instincts

A now-viral video captured Trump walking onto the field with Theo, greeting players and fans before kickoff. But what really caught everyone’s attention was Theo’s hawk-eyed presence.

As his grandfather stopped to shake hands, Theo kept scanning the crowd and watched every move like a mini Secret Service agent. His little head was darting left and right, as if on high alert - and social media immediately took notice.

This year’s Super Bowl security was already extra tight, given that Trump was attending following two assassination attempts during his presidential campaign. But it seems like the Secret Service might have some competition - and they don’t even know it yet.

Fans on social media went wild over Theo’s serious demeanor, with many joking that he might have already secured his first job in national security.

"Who is the boy? Sorry for being naive, he is kinda cute and so alert. Looks like a little SS," one posted on X.

"Ivanka’s son looks like he’s part of the Secret Service team," another wrote.

"That kid in the green shirt is acting like the youngest Secret Service Agent ever," read a comment.

"Looks like Trump's 7-year-old grandson took the Secret Service Superbowl commercial to heart and went right to work as our newest Secret Service agent for Grandpa!" someone else gushed.

"They’re recruiting for the Secret Service young now! That kid in green looks like he’s full-on bodyguard detail. (Or maybe the President is just blocking him getting to his seat)," another quipped.

Trump’s Super Bowl appearance was a historic first

It wasn’t just Theo making history - Donald Trump himself became the first sitting president to attend a Super Bowl. The 45th (and now 47th) president walked onto the field with his signature stride, shaking hands with players, local police officers, and first responders before heading to his seats.

In fact, he also posed for photos with the families of victims of the tragic New Year’s Eve attack on Bourbon Street, the Daily Mail reported.

Once seated, Trump mingled with New Orleans Saints owner Gayle Benson and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, taking in the game alongside some of the league’s biggest power players.

Before kickoff, Trump made it very clear who he was rooting for. "I guess you have to say that when a quarterback wins as much as he's won – I have to go with Kansas City," he told Fox News’ Bret Baier. "At the same time, Philadelphia is fantastic. It's going to be just a great game."

Trump didn’t just praise the Chiefs’ golden boy, Patrick Mahomes - he also made a bold claim about Mahomes’ wife Brittany. "I've watched this great quarterback – who has, by the way, a phenomenal wife, OK, she's a Trump fan," he said. "She's a MAGA fan, so I happen to love her."

His comments came after the Eagles famously refused to visit Trump’s White House after their 2018 Super Bowl victory.

Trump wasn’t the only member of his family making an appearance. Along with Ivanka and Theo, the Trump clan was out in full force, including Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump, as well as Donald Trump Jr and his girlfriend, Bettina Anderson.

Despite all the off-field drama, the Eagles came in with a vengeance and crushed the Chiefs 40-22, securing their second Super Bowl win and stopping Kansas City from making history with a three-peat.
