LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jamie Foxx really knows how to stir the pot. The 'Ray' star is catching serious heat after making a rather controversial comment about White women during his new Netflix comedy special, 'What Had Happened Was…..'

Naturally, everyone’s wondering if this was a not-so-subtle shot at his famous ex Katie Holmes.

Jamie Foxx's 'White women' joke

Sitting down at the piano, Jamie Foxx threw out this zinger like it was nothing: "Sisters, I'm here to tell you, I've been cured. I've been cured of everything, no more White girls. I'm serious, no more White girls. No more White girls. No more. No more White girls."

He doubled down: "I'm back on the Black side of town! No more White girls. No more potato salad and raisins. No more White girls. No more spray tan, no more big titties no a**, no more White girls."

The timing is very sus. Just days after Foxx’s special hit Netflix, Katie Holmes popped up in New York City looking like she was trying to shake it all off.

The 45-year-old actress — who spent six low-key years with Foxx before their 2019 breakup — flashed what some may call a “grin and bear it” smile as she walked through Manhattan, probably pretending she didn’t just hear her ex proclaim he’s “cured” from dating women like her.

Now, granted Jamie didn’t say Katie’s name, but some may argue the digs about spray tans and potato salad sound a little too close to home.

Internet turns on Jamie Foxx over 'racist' and 'misogynistic' comments

While Jamie Foxx’s audience ate it up during the show, the internet quickly turned on him. Social media was ablaze with people calling him out for being “racist” and “misogynistic.”

"Imagine a white man writing and singing a song about never dating black women again. How would that go over? I love Jamie Foxx. I really enjoyed his special. But that was racist AF," one posted on X.

"Jamie Foxx what a misogynist black racist unbelievable any white man say something like he just said about the black women there would be an uproar," another fumed.

"UM EXCUSE ME 'CURED'? IMAGINE A WHITE PERSON SAYING THEY'RE 'CURED DATING BLACK PEOPLE'?" someone else added.

"Two words and a comment for Jamie Foxx. FU and who told you that white girls want you? Racist!" read a comment.

"Jamie Foxx is a racist & sexist POS. I hope white women are 'cured' from his cheating and mistreatment. Stop dating this ugly," another chimed in.

Jamie Foxx's relationship resume

Jamie Foxx has not been shy about dating both Black and White women over the years.

Back in 1993, he dated Connie Kline, who’s also the mother of his oldest daughter, Corinne Foxx. Then there was his romance with Haitian actress Garcelle Beauvais, followed by actress Leila Arcieri in 2005. And let’s not forget Kristin Grannis, the mom of his second daughter, Anelise Foxx.

But the headline-maker was, of course, Katie Holmes. Jamie and Katie were the talk of the town from 2013 to 2019, though they kept things under wraps dodging red carpets and sneaking out of restaurants like teenagers sneaking back home past curfew, the Daily Mail reported.

Now, years later, it seems Jamie decided to use his comedy set to take a jab—or maybe he was just riffing for laughs. Either way, a major chunk of his fanbase is understandably pissed off.
