Jamie Foxx feels ‘fantastic’ as he returns to ‘Back in Action’ set, eager to 'see the project completed': Source
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jamie Foxx is back in action after a health scare last year.
The actor is resuming his role in the Netflix movie 'Back in Action', alongside Cameron Diaz, who is making her comeback to the big screen after seven years.

People, citing a source, revealed Foxx is feeling “fantastic” and is eager to see the project completed.
"Jamie is indeed back on set and shooting through February,” the source stated, adding “He looks and feels fantastic.”
The source also revealed that Foxx is ready to do all of the parts of his stunt double that didn’t come out right.
“They tried to finish the movie with a stunt double but it didn’t come out right so Jamie is going to do all of the parts now,” the source added.
He continued, Foxx was "doing so well."

One more source told the publication that Foxx who is “super talented and loves his work," is keen to to finish the film.
"For Jamie, the show must go on and he has always been eager to see this project completed,” the source said, adding, “He will finish this film.”
On Saturday, January 20, the publication reported Foxx was photographed on the set of 'Back in Action' in Atlanta, walking alongside Diaz, 51, sending joy to his fans.

The movie began filming in December 2022 with Foxx and Diaz spotted doing various scenes around London before it was moved to Atlanta.
The movie will be big-screen project for Diaz after 2014 'Annie' remake, which also featured Foxx. Reportedly, it was Foxx who approached Diaz for one last film.
Jamie Foxx’s recovery from a medical complication
The 56-year-old star had faced a “medical complication” in April 2021, which halted the production of the action comedy.
His daughter, Corinne, shared a statement on Instagram, asking for prayers and privacy for her father.

“'We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday [April 11]. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers,” the statement read.
