NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce's 'New Heights' podcast apparently deleted their post celebrating the Eagles' Super Bowl victory after being attacked by Taylor Swift's fans. However, Jason has clarified that this was not the reason for the removal.

Production members of the Kelce's sportscast posted a collection of team photos on X (formerly Twitter) to offer their congratulations after the Philadelphia Eagles — the team Jason recently retired from — defeated Travis' Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

"Congrats to all our Birds fan 92%ers and Jason's Eagles teammates on an incredible season," the caption said with a message from Jason about the club and a montage of images, some from his 13-year stint with the team, per Daily Mail.

Jason Kelce explains deleted post had 'too many pictures' of him

The Philadelphia Eagles' 40–22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday's Super Bowl was undoubtedly a major setback for Chiefs supporters, who have increased significantly in recent years due to pop sensation Swift's highly publicized romance with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Therefore, a sizable portion of Swifties was unhappy with the Chiefs' failure to win the trophy on Sunday. This dissatisfaction was exacerbated when the 'New Heights' podcast congratulated the Eagles on social media.

However, the tweet was soon inexplicably removed, and many people began to speculate that this was because Swifties had objected to it.

Jason never responded to those rumors directly, instead telling another fan that it was "very strange" that the joyful tweet disappeared and that he had asked for the graphic to be taken down because he thought it contained "too many pictures of [him]".

"I had Jake (the person who runs the account) take that graphic down because that post had too many pictures of me," Jason explained on X.

"I wanted the post to be reflective of the guys who just won, not me. I didn’t win s**t in this one, it felt weird to congratulate this team with a bunch of pictures of me," he added.

Jason also shared his conflicted feelings while watching the game, where his younger brother Travis was attempting to defeat the team he played for his 13 years in the NFL.

"That game was odd for me to watch if I’m being completely honest. I knew it was going to be mixed emotions before, during, and after, and I now know what my parents had to deal with two years ago," he said in a different post on X.

"On one hand, I wanted what is best for my brother, and to see his success. And on the other hand, there are so many people, teammates, and coaches, in the Philadelphia Eagles organization that I care deeply about, Many of whom I owe my own success to throughout my career," he added.

Netizens slam Taylor Swift fans for attacking 'New Heights' podcast's now-deleted post

Before Jason addressed the controversy, other Swift followers criticized those "beyond insufferable" remarks, as one wrote on X, "Absolutely insane behavior and it’s embarrassing to be in the same fandom with people that act like that."

The same user suggested that Swifties are needed to "go outside, touch some grass, and learn how to have some fucking decorum."

Another user added, "I CANT BELIEVE THE ONE I JUST SAW I think you replied like WHAT."

"I am unashamed. That post should never go up before a Travis post. Win or lose Travis is our guy," said one.

Another wrote, "The “Swifties” who sent hate to @newheightshow for congratulating the Eagles on their win should be ashamed of themselves. That’s bullying behavior and it’s embarrassing. Yall need to go log off and reassess yourself. Yall are not real ones."

"Some swifties are BEYOND insufferable. especially the newfound football fans who don’t understand loyalty to your team. new heights is half ran by a former eagles player. be so and i mean so f***ing fr and go listen to but daddy i love him again until the message clicks," seethed one.
