LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A source close to Jennifer Lopez warns that she may snap if her estranged ex, Ben Affleck, pushes her "too far."
After months of speculation about a marital rift, Jennifer Lopez put rumors to rest by filing for divorce from Ben Affleck on Tuesday, August 20.
A source close to Jennifer Lopez revealed to In Touch Weekly that the 55-year-old entertainer is concerned that Ben Affleck may be moving on too quickly.

A source close to the estranged couple hinted that Ben Affleck might reenter the dating scene once the divorce proceedings are settled.
“Even before they separated, Ben complained about the state of their intimacy, so there’s no doubt he’s raring to get back out there and date,” the source shared.
However, they noted that JLo is not receptive to the possibility of the ‘Gone Girl’ star reactivating his Raya profile.
“But JLo has put Ben on notice that if he reactivates his Raya profile or goes too far down the path of chasing tail, the gloves will come off,” revealed the source.
The couple, who initially dated in the early 2000s, broke up in January 2004 after postponing their September 2003 wedding.
They reconnected during the pandemic and were first spotted together in April 2021. The former couple quickly made their romance official, eloping to Las Vegas in July 2022 and holding a traditional wedding ceremony on August 20 at Affleck’s Georgia estate.
In a tragic twist to their romance, the 'Atlas' actress filed for divorce at the Los Angeles Superior Court on the second anniversary of their traditional wedding.
The source shared, “Jen feels like Ben messed with her head. If he pushes her too far, she’ll snap.”

Another source confirmed to People on Thursday, August 22, that Jennifer Lopez is "heartbroken" over her impending divorce from the ‘Good Will Hunting’ star.
The source added that, ultimately, Lopez and Affleck are "very different people," and their marriage could not withstand these differences.
However, this doesn't diminish the fact that they “really loved each other—and it all happened quickly.”
The source added, “They were really going to give it a try, and they did,” before adding, “These are two people who are in love with love, and who wouldn’t jump into that? And the world wanted it.”
However, they noted that the two stars are "very different people," explaining, "She’s super public and wants to go out, while he’s more of an introvert and is happy to hang out at home."
The source told People that the ‘This Is Me…Then’ star "tried really hard to make things work and is heartbroken."
