The 'Love Don’t Cost a Thing' hitmaker, 54, reportedly paid for a lot of costs during their marriage because Affleck, 51, "grumbled about spending money".
According to sources close to Lopez, she feels abandoned ahead of their impending divorce and plans to inherit half of Affleck's estimated $150 million fortune, per Radar Online.

According to a source close to the singer, Lopez has been expressing her intention to take legal action against Affleck for not paying for majority of their extravagant lifestyle during their relationship.
The insider added that because Affleck "always grumbled about spending money", Lopez preferred to do most of the spending to maintain the couple's extravangant lifestyle.
Despite her much higher net worth of $400 million, insiders told Radar Online that the 'Atlas' actress now wants half of Affleck's $150 million wealth.
"One of the little-known secrets is Jennifer paid for much of their marital expenses and now she feels he owes her," the source spilled.
"She’s adding up all those private jet bills she puts on her plastic, the hotels and meals, clothes, coffee runs, gas. The high cost of living was done on her dime. She paid the lion’s share for that $60 million mansion they bought, too."
The insider added, "Ben took so much money out of her, at least that’s what she’s saying."

The source remarked, "She isn’t the one who gave up on their marriage and she’s feeling seriously burned and is out for blood. If he had stayed in the marriage like a good boy, she wouldn’t have minded."
"But he abandoned her and ultimately, Jennifer always gets payback and now she’s ready to play hardball," the insider nodded.

The industry insider told the Daily Mail that Lopez is "over" attempting to make things right and has come to the conclusion that there is nothing "more" she can do to keep her marriage with the 'Gone Girl' actor afloat.
The source told the news site, "Jenny has had enough and she really tried but she can do no more, it's not getting any better, it's worse."
The source added that she was "shocked" by the negative attention she has been receiving.
The speculations circulating that Lopez intended to inherit half of Affleck's $150 million wealth surfaced shortly after the pop diva spent her Fourth of July holiday alone in the Hamptons with the 'Argo' actor nowhere in sight.
Although Lopez spent her Independence Day alone, she and Affleck were spotted together wearing their wedding bands amid rumors that they had been "over for months" and were getting a divorce soon.
