Joe Rogan's fans call out 'The View' hosts after they claim 'dragon believer' like him can't be trusted
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The co-hosts of ‘The View’ have angered fans of podcaster Joe Rogan after they called him a “dragon believer.”
During the Thursday, November 21, episode of the talk show, co-host Whoopi Goldberg addressed a recent poll that claimed the younger generation in the US relies on social media influencers, who are inclined towards the political right, to get news, as reported by Fox News.
Co-host Sara Haines then told the viewers, “When you see something that really pisses you off, you should triple-check that one.”
‘The View’ co-hosts claim to be more trustworthy than Joe Rogan
During the discussion, co-host Joy Behar stated, “I think that’s why people like our show because they know that we are checked by ABC News.”
“We’re checked by everybody,” Goldberg agreed.
Behar also noted, “Yeah. If we’re wrong, we have, you know, the legal note here,” referring to her co-host Sunny Hostin, who is also a lawyer.
But the 82-year-old television host did not stop there as she mentioned, “We went from Walter Cronkite, basically, to this guy Joe Rogan who believes in dragons. I checked it.”
Haines questioned her, “Did you triple source that?”
To which, she responded, “Yes I did. And he also thinks that they— dragons-like, I guess, dinosaur-y type of animals — roamed the Earth when people did.”

“So this is a type of really, really bad information that’s going out there. But it’s possible Donald Trump did roam the Earth when dinosaurs were here,” Behar added.
Joe Rogan slams ‘The View’
Rogan did not miss the chance to slam ‘The View’ co-hosts as he took to X and posted, “That’s my new official X description,” as he changed his social media bio to “Dragon Believer.”

In the video, he said, “It's so possible that something that flew like a pterodactyl, like we think of pterodactyls as being like bat wings, maybe they had feathers, maybe that a gigantic predatory bird and maybe some of those things looked like dragons.”
Joe Rogan fans call 'The View' ‘just awful’
Joe Rogan’s fans also blasted ‘The View’ as one of them tweeted, “LOL, Joy is a dragon denier.”
“She probably doesn't even realize that that statement alone makes her sound more stupid than that being possibly true,” another user commented.

The View normally gets around a million viewers per day. That is nothing to brag about. The day after the election, they got the highest rating in a decade, over three million. I am guessing two million were Trump supporters who tuned in to see how they were taking the loss.
